If you didn't want a 'full English' the breakfast was a bit limited. The building is one of those big 4 storey terraced houses that's been converted, so it's pretty quirky - we had fun with electrical connections but the people on duty were very helpful. I think I expected more for the price, but I guess that's London for you.

Stayed with my husband for two nights. The location was perfect for us - lots of things to do within walking distance but easy access to buses and tube. Staff were great - very helpful and flexible.

Some of the fittings are a little tired, but no more than you'd expect in a busy London hotel (in fact rather less than you might expect given the price).

I've stayed here a couple of times now, and it's a wee gem - very comfortable rooms in an unbeatable location, two minutes from Madame Tussaud's. My rooms have been small but well-appointed, with everything you need, and decent aircon too. The beds are lovely and firm. There are some nice little touches throughout the building (book exchange, ice machine, etc.). The bar looks very comfortable (though I didn't try it); the cooked breakfast was great. All in all, excellent value for money, especially for a short business trip.

There were a number of hairs in bedsheets suggesting that the linen might not have been changed.

Location, comfort, friendly staff and a really excellent breakfast included in price. Normally an inclusive deal gives you an indifferent breakfast at best.

The room was quiet but not well insulated. The bathroom was very new but the heater couldn´t heat up the room as it was cold and the window was not insulated. The breakfast is ok. The coffee is undrikable, tea, cooked breakfast and cereals were ok. The service is very helpful and the location is very nice.

I think the water pressure in the shower could have been stronger. I would also recommend a shower mat because it was slippery in the shower.

The staff was very nice. We liked the location because it was close to many restaurants, cafes, and sights. It was just down the street from Madame Tussaud’s. Our breakfast the first morning was good.

Clean and tidy hotel in an excellent location and good value. Staff were very friendly and while the rooms were basic they were perfectly comfortable. The breakfast was also excellent with gluten free options!

The room was a little tired , floor boards above creaked so we were very aware as we moved around as we had a very early start.

I did not have breakfast as I had a hospital operation booked which is why we selected the hotel , my wife said the breakfast was ok, room very clean and location is quiet , very friendly staff
