Not much in the way of utensils or anything to wipe or wash up with. The apartment is way too hot with no thermostat to adjust the heat. No lid on the bins. Pretty cramped Poor security if you leave your bags.

The location is great, near Kensington Gardens. Friendly staff.

The heat was left constantly on!!! We could not sleep. Contacted reception and did not get a response until the morning. I was wondering why there were two fans in the room then it made sense. Other than this the location is good and the room facilties were as expected.

We got ‘upgraded’ to a family room from a triple studio but it was at the basement level which had no views. I was annoyed as i wasn’t informed of this until i was handed the keys and asked about the room. When we checked into the room, we eventually found out 1/3 heater was dysfunctional (the receptionist refused to call someone to check on it- insisted we give it ‘time’ for it to turn on), there was a hole in the wall in the kitchen, the microwave didn’t work and the shower handle came off the wall. There was also limited hot water and this is during winter time. When asked for fresh towels at the reception, the staff didn’t even meet our eyes, wasn’t friendly at all and later didn’t even send any fresh towels. I had to repeatedly ask for the towels before given any. The staff is very snobbish and unfriendly, never greeted anyone that came through the door and always seemed occupied with their phones at the front desk! People could be struggling with strollers/luggage up the front steps and they won’t even open the doors for the guests. Horrible manners. This is my second time staying at this hotel, the first was great but the second will be my last!

Great location to Bayswater and Queensway station. Laundry at level 3 made it convenient.

Great location adjacent to Hyde Park and only a 5 minute walk from the tube station. Plenty of local shops, pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance.

The room that we were given was nothing like the picture, we were in a basement room which had dirty blinds, marks all over the walls and skirting boards and was in great need of an update, but we never complained as it was only for sleeping

No air-con. TV not working. Shower was extremely small. Tiny room. Couldn't use toaster because the fire alarm was set off straight away. Definately NOT an "executive" apartment.

I think the towels could have been better and also someone had been in the room which I didn’t like although there was a person who had to check the electricals but also someone also had been in so not very private.

Didn’t get breakfast supplied it myself but there was sachets of coffee which was good
