United KingdomThe apartment, furnishings, bedding and towels were all quite tired looking and in need of replacement with the exception of two lounge chairs. It didn’t look like the photographs. Step up then huge step down into bathroom was very dangerous for my elderly mum- wish we had been made aware of this. No spare toilet paper and only the tiniest bit in the roll so the first thing we had to do was go and buy some. Owners were very helpful in allowing us to drop our luggage early and store it until late the following day which we were very grateful for.

United Kingdombut unfortunately that was the best part of our stay The bedding was clean but the room old and very tired, I had a lamp my side but no plug point? The window was open as it was boiling but there was piles of smelly black bags outside our window & people smoking outside our window Our shared bathroom was dreadful so small you couldn’t turn around we were told we were just sharing with the manageress, but there was a man in there and he was using the toilet very disappointing stay, but we can’t fault the host, a very nice man, unfortunately the pictures on the website aren’t a true reflection of the rooms

AustraliaDisappointed with our three bedroom apartment. Spend good money booking this accommodation well in advance. Didn’t match description. Photos were misleading and not recent. Not modern and stylish. The bathroom condition was poor and unlike any photos. Maintenance, cleaning & general upkeep needs attention. Freezer full of ice buildup and unusable. Loose door lock. Previous guests sanitary items in bin. No washing machine although staff kindly did wash some of our clothes for us and brought an iron and ironing board to our room.
Good location close to Marble Arch.

United StatesThe difference between the photos on the website and the actual apartment cannot be understated. There were no windows in any room, except one bedroom and the bathroom, where a Ritz cracker box covered up a hole in the glass. The shower was moldy (we actually went to the supermarket and bought bleach so as not to contract an infection), the beds were terribly uncomfortable, and the linens were awful. One duvet came out of the cover and we could see that it was in a terrible state, like the inside stuffing of an old cushion. The poor homeless folks on the street had better bedding than we did. Perhaps this would all be fine for a couple of students with low standards but not for any other human paying the outrageous rate that we did.
The property contact was responsive and friendly, and the location was ideal.
