When we arrived at the property we were sent to level 3 where our room was and upon arrival it smelt of weed. I’m asthmatic and that was very problematic for me. We asked for the room to be changed which they staff helped and sorted out for us. However the room they placed us in, the sink kept overflowing when washing your hands and the water overflowed onto the floor. We had to use towels to clean the water and the towels also had blood on them, this is not acceptable at all for a customer who is staying at the hotel. See attached photos.

Nothing, everything was fine in my honest opinion!

The location of this particular Ibis is the main reason for booking my one night stay. It's very close to Hounslow Central tube station, roughly 5-6 minutes walking distance. The facilities are fair and I cannot fault them for the price I paid via booking.com. I'd certainly recommend to family & friends if they are staying with that area of London. A major plus is having a Tesco express next door!!!

The rooms do not have a wardrobe. There are no kettle and teabags in the room.

The rooms are clean. The location is good because the high street as well as Hounslow Central Station are on walking distance. Many restaurants and shops are nearby.

The breakfast was quite basic for the price (toast, some pastry, cheese, ham, Nutella, some cereal, no warm buffet though) but it was nice to sit down and eat and have a coffee before the travel.

Great location if you need a place to stay before a flight from Heathrow. Very close to the Tube station and from there it's ~15min to the terminal. The hotel is basic but well maintained, clean and equipped just enough. The shower was good, there's a small TV in the room, the bed is comfy. I could borrow a hairdryer from the reception. The breakfast at £8.50 might seem quite pricy but it was tasty. The staff were all very helpful and nice. Also well located right in the centre of Hounslow, with a Tesco downstairs and right outside the main street with all the restaurants and shops

Due to a close proximity to the Heathrow airport the room can get quite loud even during night because the windows are not soundproofing at all. For us it was no problem at all but it´s not suitable for light sleepers.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The overall cleanliness was very good and we were very satisfied. The price/quality ratio is reasonable.

Pillows were not comfy, too high in my opinion. The AC switched itself on in the middle of the night and made a loud noise, I probably forgot to turn it off or to set the right temperature before went to bed.

Ibis Budget concept works really well for me… just few minutos from the Tube station which takes only few minutes to LHR. Room was clean, nice shower, quiet and the night receptionist (blonde hair laid) was kind and efficient.

Clean, comfortable room. Good location, being close to Hounslow Town Centre. 6 min walk to Hounslow Central tube station. Many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Good WiFi.

We was a couple but not in a relationship so there is no privacy when having a shower as the door is glass. No tea or coffee in the room. And only one pillow each. Had to ask at reception for 2 more pillows
