We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

LebanonInitially was given a room where the window glass was broken- once I spotted it they immediately changed the rooms, next one glass was sort of cracked but not pbeoken open- I believe ut is because the windows are old style wooden ones. AC installed but can not be turned on. Overall clean rooms but dust is seen in the radiators. There are lifts in the terraces rooms but you will have to take few steps extra to reach the actual floor room. Overall satisfied and very helpful and kind staff at the reception and even kept my parcels safe till I collected them in the evening.

United KingdomKeys didn’t work so had to go back to the sister hotel to get ones that did, even then the lock on the door was dodgy and didn’t always open. The bathroom wasn’t that clean - mould along the bath. The shower temperature did not stay at a consistent heat, varying between scorching hot and freezing cold. This was worrying for when my daughter had to use it. The hotel says they are not allowed to use the air con, as ruled by the council. But there was no fan in our room and we had to request one from the sister hotel again. The room was very hot as it was an extremely hot weekend in London. We mentioned all of this to the front desk at the hotel when we left and they were apologetic. They said they would look into the cleanliness of the bathroom for future guests.
Comfy beds Location to Hyde Park Local area is great for restaurants and amenities Street is really pretty.

She doesnt deserve a place in hospitality services, working in an Aparthotel, and she doesnt serve nicely and politely her customers. She is not made for such a job, where she interacts with people.

RomaniaThey have no one to help or assist with the suitcases, doesn’t matter what illness or age you have, if it happens to have a room in the building 77/79 where is no lift, nobody out of courtesy is helping. I find it very rude. There is the head reception lady which is arabic, and first time i confronted situations as she wouldnt allow me to pick up my deliveries from amazon because she thought the name of my amazon account didnt match with the name from my reservation. Was quiet obvious they were mine since i showed them my orders on amazon and i was expecting them, but she didnt want to understand, so had to phone booking customer service to allow me get my deliveries as that was the only address , the reception address,not as she suggested me in a sarcastic way to give the address where i was staying, where would be no access to the front door, as only the guests have the key access to enter. I found it absurd to suggest such a thing as she wouldnt know the situation the way it is. Is a shame i dont know her name, but i will make sure next time, i will mention her name on my reviews since she is not serving professionally their guests the way supposed to be in hospitality services.

We stayed in a small but lovely apartment on the top floor. It was bright and cozy, with windows that let in lots of light. The kitchen had everything we needed, which made our stay comfortable. Housekeeping 5-stars !!!Excellent cleaning thank you!!!Great little place for a few days in London!

United KingdomMuch better soundproofing needed for the lower ground floor studios. Studio 1A was incredibly noisy as a result of nearby staircases and guest noise from the floor above. Also, leaving discarded hotel items outside in the patio area was not pleasant - it looked like a refuse tip. Tea towels / plate racks still needed in the kitchen - there's nothing to dry plates on.
Very helpful reception staff at a nearby hotel. Superb location, very close to Bayswater tube, and various supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Studio was very clean and well arranged with a separate kitchen area.

AustraliaThe floor had not been swept, it was gritty to walk on. I asked for the floor to be swept, but noone came. I asked for a hand broom and shovel, so I could sweep it myself, but was told they don't provide that. Such an item is normal so that guests can sweep up any spills. Facilities were the bare minimum. There was no bedside table, no hand towels, only one fork was provided. We asked for these, which were then provided, but these should be standard minimum. There is no soap&shampoo shelf in the shower, and no toilet roll holder. There are only two tumbler glasses, no wine glasses, only two dinner knives and spoons, and only one fork as mentioned, only two coathangars . It seems the owners have gone out of their way to spend as little as possible on facilities.

BrazilEven though the building has a lift, there’s still some stairs to get to the room. I missed and actual oven, microwave is no good. The fridge has no freezer, also very important if you plan to cook or fancy an Ice cream. The deposit is not ideal for travellers, but it was disclosed previously.
