This is a beautiful boutique hotel, it was our second visit, each room is decorated to a very high quality, every thing you could need is provided, luxury shower with top quality shampoo, conditioner, hand cream, bathrobes which were immaculate and luxurious. Towels again immaculate and plentiful. A full size iron and ironing board, full size hairdryer, bottled water in the fridge was a nice touch, the bed was large and comfortable both slept really well, breakfast was very good and plenty of choice and piping hot. Really enjoyed our stay, location is right in the centre of Cardiff with the Carpark within 5 mins, heavily discounted with your stay, definitely can recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious break.

On our first morning breakfast was a little chaotic, with things either cold or running out, but second day was excellent. Minor hiccup in a very enjoyable stay.

Loved the quirky decor, the welcoming staff, and cleanliness of the room and facilities. The location was perfect too.

Breakfast was fab! A wide choice and some local flavours too! Some lovely Welsh touches in the room, a real sense of place. Enjoyed a cocktail in the Lefel 6 Bar, sat out of the roof terrace and listened to the buskers on Queens Street below. Cardiff from a different angle!

It was our first time in Cardiff and we wanted to see everything so we were a lot out of the hotel. However the staff were very helpful, breakfast was excellent and the rooms clean.

The decor in the room is a bit too industrial for my taste.

Nice rooftop bar & indoor bar area. We had a free upgrade on arrival & 10% voucher off food & drink which was an unexpected bonus .Lovely room with very comfortable bed & nice big bathroom & sitting area.

Going home! Wish we could have stayed longer.

Everything! Beautiful quirky individual room with welsh theme that we loved. The comfiest bed I've ever slept in and a gorgeous bathroom. Super clean and had everything we needed. Wonderful staff and an amazing roof top bar with delicious cocktails. Location could not be more central. Loved it. We will definitely be back.
