Overall pleasant except for the AC problem & we had very purposely booked a room with AC

There was nothing we actively disliked, though we have two small suggestions that could enhance the experience further: 1) adding towel hooks in the bathroom, as there is ample wall space to accommodate them; 2) a larger wardrobe, which would be particularly useful for guests staying several days. A minor point to bear in mind: if you prefer to sleep with the windows open, you may notice a bit of street noise at night.

We stayed in a newly renovated Premium Queen Room with an extra bed for our daughter. Even with the additional bed, the room was spacious and comfortable. The main bed was particularly restful, making for an excellent night’s sleep. The staff were outstanding throughout our stay — from Victor at reception to Roger and a lovely lady at breakfast — all warm, professional, and attentive. Breakfast offered a good variety with something for everyone. The hotel is very well located, just a short walk from Earl’s Court tube station, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores nearby. Overall, a delightful stay and we would be very happy to return.

This place was really nice, the breakfast was SO YUM!! We loved the robes and slippers that were provided, and the bed was very comfy. The location was super close to the tube as well.

The room was small and the bathroom needed a tidy up silicone coming away and very discolored . The shower head was spraying in all directions as it needed a good clean. Basin unit was hanging off the wall.

The staff at breakfast were very friendly and engaging. The reception staff were ok. But I had asked for a different room and was told they would get back to me and never heard anything.

    Nothing really

I think the standout feature is the brilliant location.Earls Court Station within 50 metres ,M&S just across and High Street Kensington a short walk away. The hotel was self sufficient with everything you needed, the breakfast was amazing and we loved the friendly staff especially Anjali and Shanel.Had stayed at an Indigo Hotel in Bath some years ago which was also nice and will definitely come back again.

More staff are required. Seemed over worked. Childs bed could have been over a better quality rather than just a fold out bed.

Breakfast was ok, abit bland. Staff were good when around. Seemed understaffed. Very often there was no one at the front desk when you needed someone. Especially at check in.

I was surprised to find that the restaurant only served bar snacks on Saturday and Sunday evenings. I was a solo lady traveller with a tiring itinerary visiting a relative in hospital and so looking forward to eating at the hotel. It meant walking to find restaurants which was not a comfortable experience

Nice Place Shame about the Price Tag

    1. Basement room after paying a premium price 2. Air-conditioning unit rattled so we ended up leaving it off so we could sleep and it was a very hot night and we were to scared to leave the window open as we were ground level so we roasted pretty much. 3. I think the price of this hotel for Earls Court area which really isn't that flash anymore we ended up walking in Chelsea area to get a decent restaurant. Stayed in a much cheaper hotel near Paddington and found some wonderful trendy places will stay there next time. 4. The price tag was ridiculous $800 Aus Dollar for a weekday rate.

So the room was big and well decorated for London standards, the bathroom large and a decent size shower compared to our next hotel. Breakfast which was included in our stay was amazing and the best part of our stay and the dining room bar area was excellent. I would have ticked stay again if it had not been for the ridiculous price tag we were offered if we stayed a second night, the price went from $600 to $800 Australian dollars and the limited decent restaurants around Earls Court the most decent was in the hotel itself unless you walked miles like we did down to Chelsea.

Amazing location, helpful and genuine hospitality by the team. While it didn’t have the individual“indigo” design (compared to others I’ve stayed at) it was a lovely boutique style, comfy beds and quality linen and toiletries. I’m a fan! Thank you Victor & Anishka.

Good but managers have poor communication skills

The other managers were poor and had bad communication. I booked a day room prior to my stay and was put in a tiny room in the basement by the manager who then it seemed expected me to stay in this room for the full seven days accommodation. It was only after a dispute that he agreed to change the room. During the stay on one occasion the room was not cleaned until after 4pm and once again the night manager was very unhelpful with resolving this situation. The operational manager have very poor communication skills and need training on how to improve their communication with customers and resolve problems.

The breakfast was good and the staff were excellent particularly Richard, Roger and Anjali. They were always friendly and went out of their way to make the morning special
