Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Definitely needs some upgrade. Even small one would make a big difference (ie carpets in the corridors)
It was clean, good price for London. For that price didn't expect a mansion.

The beds were not the most comfortable but if all you need is somewhere to put your head down, youll be fine!
The staff were so friendly and helpful. I needed a hairdryer for the room and they got me one no hassle. Great location with easy access to many bus stops. Loads of local supermarkets, restaurants and coffee within walking distance. Also, the hotel had one of the nicest showers ever.

The stairs were dirty, the bedroom was small, one bedside cupboard which had kettle on it, nowhere else to put things, windows were filthy. Towels were thin and small. Shower cubicle was very small 500mm square, no good for larger people.

Ficx the crack in the ceiling and change the hallway carpet
As a budget hotel in a busy area it was quiet and my room was well ventilated with a fully openable window. The shower was good and it was very uket at the back of the hotel.

It likes pisa tower. More than 30 degree tilt I think. The property needs to be re-built for safety.

Reception was very clean but property needs some uplifting like new carpets on stairs and in rooms. Also bathroom was very small not that comfortable.
Hôtel was ok with enough facilities. Room was small but bed was super comfortable. It was very hot when we stayed and staff had arranged a fan which was very helpful. Location was good near to main train station and buses took us very centre of town. Overall good stay.

The house and future is in serious terrible condition.. Maybe im picky but everything was extremely old and over used. The floor was extremely uneven. You can see many Kracks at the wall. The house feels like it will collapse at any time Doors have a very very bad log. Not save in any way for your belongings. There was no Windows what you can open half or completely. The shower was clocked. But the staff gave us right away new room, which was very good. It's possible to stay there for some days but I didn't feel comfortable. Im very sorry

Very good location pretty central to get out and about. Staff on duty were lovely and helpful. Shout out to Roman ! The room we stayed in was ground floor and pretty modern. Was very warm but we were able to open window and had a fan available. Excellent value for money and will certainly stay here again.

the property is clearly older, and feels it, but not in a cute way. Carpets in hallways and stairwell are discolour with wear, and in rooms without airfreshener there is a musty old building smell. In the back stairwell there is also obvious signs of previous leaks and damp, as well as one of the ceiling lights making a very aggressive buzzing noise. Bear in mind that while images show a restaurant this hotel does not provide food, which was a surprise when I arrived.
The whole property had clearly been thoroughly cleaned, and my room was very clean. The room was function and the location was quiet at night. Amenities were in good order if not particularly noteworthy.

Shower was small but good pressure coming from it. Carpets were dated.
It was very clean and the perfect location for my trip to London. My room was cleaned daily and it was good that they gave me fresh towels for each day and topped me up with more tea and milk.
