Upon check in , a paper bag has a desk calendar and hotel pen with small two cookies cake was in our room, we thought it is a compliment After around 10 minutes The security came to take them😂 I was shocked by the front desk way of welcoming and their excuse were it was intended for another customer So the security took the paper bag with its contents ( calendar and hotel pen) with half eaten cookies 😂 I felt like I am in one star hotel

While check in, the receptionist was not even smiling like he was forced to do the check in. Also, while check out i was shocked about the room revenue service charges for all nights which is a hidden costs and not been captured in the booking. I tried to understand why is that and it was not even mentioned in the hotel policies.

I am disappointed that the hotel hosted the Petroleum Intelligence Forum meetings. As a point of principle I won't be staying with you in London again.

Breakfast was delicious but you should serve coffee in small pots, so the staff don't have to keep bringing refills one small cold cup at a time. The staff were cheerful and professional without exception.

Only issue and this is being picky was there was no room at bar late on the Saturday evening as it was probably busy on back of big event at Hyde Park.

The location was absolutely perfect for our weekend as we were attending 2 concerts for BST Hyde Park on Friday and Saturday for my birthday, Hyde Park is directly opposite the hotel. Hyde park tube station directly outside so getting there from Euston was a breeze. It was also an easy walk to Buckingham palace, Knightsbridge, Park Lane etc. We decided to have room service a few times over the weekend and food was excellent and good speedy service too. If we were to be lucky enough to get tickets for BST in 2024, I will definately be staying there again without question.

At check in, I paid 100 GBP for incidentals and I was told that it will be returned to my accoungTwithin 5 days after check out. Now, it is almost one month and I have not recieved it yet.

I like firm pillows. It would be a nice touch if instead of all the same pillows in the room to have at least one that is not a feather - I did request a different one and the request was handled immediately.

The staff was lovely - friendly and attentive. Pearl in the bar welcomed us our first night and really was instrumental in us having a wonderful evening that first night.

the staff in charge of the room gave us a wrong room not what we requested on may fair floor ( which we specifically pointed out several times before our arrival ) it waisted our time to wait for the correct room!

the staff were very friendly - the staff in charge of Josie keeping ensured the room was super clean ! there is a French staff in the restaurant who lightened up our mornings he was super nice

Staff were great. stayed for 6 nights with fellow colleague . so manager gave us 1 day complimentary parking.

the bathroom wasn’t what i expected would have preferred a standing shower, as i’ve been to other hotels paid slightly less and bathroom was more updated and had a spacious standing shower
