The view was stunning! Greeted warmly and promptly. Parking is available but due the the location it is limited. They left some snacks is the room for us, which coupled with the electric kettle and coffee // tea condiments was just what we needed when we arrived.

view over the harbour was great. Very close to town centre, could walk in about 5 -10 minutes but it was above all of the noise and bustle, so didn't have any noise issues. Room was very comfortable and Fiona was very helpful and friendly and very quick in responding to any request.

Once parked, we could walk the whole town. It was a steep uphill climb, but after doing it a couple of times, we were ready for it. It did result in a great view from our room.

We had a great room, one level up (stairs only). Had a fabulous view. The owner/manager is very friendly and sent us a welcoming email before we arrived with dinner suggestions. When our ferry was cancelled due to weather, she came up with other suggestions of things for us to do that day. Great to have free parking on the street, when parking is so difficult to find.

Lovely place to stay in Oban. The host was very nice and gave us great advice for our short stay. It was a very easy walk down the harbor, and I'd recommend for anyone to stay here.

The room was pleasant and quiet, the beds comfortable, and everything worked. We had a lovely view over the sea. Breakfast wasn’t included, but there were porridge pots and crisps in the room - a nice touch. We could come and go as we pleased - no locked front door - and it was just 10-15 mins walk down to the centre.

Everything was EXCELLENT!! Lovely room with en-suite and wee bay window to sit in and enjoy the AMAZING VIEW of the beautiful harbour! Ferries coming and going constantly. Fantastic location looking right down on the Oban Distillery. The HUGE flight of stairs to get from the seaside street up to the Guest House street was certainly a way to burn off the chowder/haggis/beers (all food experiences GREAT here), but beautiful views and benches at landings to catch your breath and enjoy. Oban and the Invercloy was our fave Scotland stop!

I should have booked an additional night!

What a wonderful room we had in a very lovely location, a short walk from town. The view was excellent, the room and home immaculate. Fiona was quite gracious and helpful.

The host of the guesthouse was fantastic. The room and bedding was very nice. The room had space enough for comfortable chairs overlooking the water through a bay window. It was in a great location just up above the main town, so very easy to walk to everything. Free parking was right in front of the house and she allowed us extra time to park even after we had checked out.

We liked everything about our stay. .

Our room was directly above the main shopping district and warves and the view was magnificent. The room had a private ensuite which was a reasonable size and the room was also a good size with a bay window that you could sit in and watch the ships and yachts sail by. Fiona was a great host who was very helpful.

It was so nice I wish I could have stayed longer.

I was pleasantly surprised my room had a an incredibly beautiful view overlooking the harbor. The room was quiet and very comfortably furnished. The owner, Fiona, was very amiable and made the stay exceedingly comfortable.

We like it all and it was a return visit for us

The view over Oban could not be better and we enjoyed it from our bedroom as well as the outdoor terrace. Very friendly and welcoming. Lovely bathroom products and thoughtful snacks. Lounge provided additional space to read and have coffee.

Other than the torrential rain which nobody can control, nothing.

The view of Oban and bay from our room was just amazing. This room was small but very comfortable. The ensuite was small but doable. It’s a short walk to town and the harbour where there are heaps of great seafood places to eat. Don’t go to ee-usk restaurant,overpriced and way overrated. There’s plenty of others. It’s close enough to walk to Calmac ferry terminal but not with heavy luggage.
