    Nothing, genuinely nothing.

Everything. The location is perfect to walk into the town centre. The owners are super friendly and efficient. Rooms are spotless and well equipped We had a great nights sleep as quiet and luxurious bedding. The owners attention to detail and warm nature adds an extra tier to your stay, nothing was too much bother. To top everything off breakfast is perfect. A delicious variety and served with a friendly smile. We will return 👍

On arrival after a 6 hour journey we were met with a lovely welcome from Liz, shown our room which was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean and comfortable. Breakfast was served which was cooked and to the highest standard, it filled us for the day. I would recommend this guest house to anyone staying in this area which has beautiful countryside just out of Ayr and near to places to visit. Also the guest houses gardens are very well kept and looked beautiful with all the flowers in bloom.

    That we didn’t stay longer.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Inverlea guest house. Liz was a wonderful host and could not do enough for us. The breakfast was outstanding (the porridge was excellent) and the room and en-suite was immaculate. It is situated on a quiet road but is accessible to the beach and shops etc. The house itself is stunning and the gardens are beautiful. We will definitely be back.

Lovely B&B. Room good size. Liz was very welcoming and called to say my room was ready early. Easy to find. You will be hard pushed to find better accommodation in Ayr. Breakfast menu gives great choice of food to set you up for your day. Congratulations on a well run B&B

    Nothing really.

Liz was SO accommodating, from a card, Ferrero Rocher and offer of wine on arrival to talk of subsequent bookings. Added to this was the place was perfect, a beautiful grand house with uber comfy rooms and importantly, heavy blackout curtains and a lovely breakfast. Couldn't have asked for more.

    Nothing to note

I received a warm welcome from Liz and genuine interest in the purpose of my visit was developed through friendly chat. I liked the traditional wood featured throughout this family home, matched with the thoughtful use of rich fabrics in room design. My room was well equipped and I loved the white en-suite towels, especially appreciating the white monikered face cloths. Breakfasts were hospitably created and so tasty.

The room was extremely well appointed, very clean, roomy and comfortable. The owners were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very enjoyable noting a menu with options was provided. Evening dining was well catered for through local venues including the Fox and Willow which was a 3 - 4 minute walk from Inverlea.
