We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

United KingdomThe middle of the bed was sticking out (stubbed toe twice) Only 1 small towel for the floor and 1 towel to dry this room was for 2 people. The phone didn't work, had to use mobile to call reception. I am sure more towels would of been supplied if I had asked.
The bathroom, the balcony and view, bed was comfortable.

United KingdomShower - couldn't turn it on, then it wouldn't turn off then the showerhead fell on my head as the holder fell off the wall. Pillows were hard and uncomfortable. Panel missing in false ceiling in bathroom.
Room was big enough and disabled adaptations acceptable. Liked the balcony. Friendly and helpful staff.

United KingdomBooking.com we paid on the 11th June then on the early morning 13th June checked my on line banking to find another payment of 95 pounds was also taken from my bank on the 13th June by the hotel .for my booking that 95 pounds ×2 in total we paid 190pound for the 1 night.
Staff was lovely. The land scape was great.the room was great.

United KingdomThe room was small. No menu in the room for food and drinks. I understood the policy for room service not being available but a 24hr menu in the room isn’t much to ask for. The shower was grubby and the water pressure was low so showering was difficult. Over all the room wasn’t worth the cost

United KingdomShower had no pressure, no telephone in room, no hairdryer in room, had to move rooms after unpacking all my stuff due to shower issues etc, no room service was made to go down in pyjamas to collect my evening meal, two sockets for the whole of the room, radiator stuck on so was boiling and had to have the windows open all night, breakfast was poor too many sweet cakes and biscuits no fruit offered.
1 positive bed was comfortable!
