When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

By far one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The attention to detail was sooo good. Very clean and friendly. We booked with a 5 year old on the booking, upon arrival to our room, they had set up a couple of treats for our little boy, including his own gown and slippers, a fresh cookie & milk, a welcome letter, his own set of toiletries, an activity pack and a chocolate treat and apple juice in the fridge and he was so excited to find these it really made his stay. The pool has child friendly times, was very clean and welcoming, we had breakfast on both days of our trip, again was really good service, we was seated quickly, drinks arrived soo quick. There was a great selection at breakfast, and the food was tasty and fresh. Was a buffet selection, but not like the traditional mass cooked and left out type of buffet, there was small fresh cooked pans out that were constantly been replaced. Honestly we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to everyone. Definitely worth the price!

Parking fee cheapens the experience when I'd already paid £200 for one night
Great facilities, friendly and helpful staff, good location and the opportunity to sit outside the swimming pool in the garden was very nice. Rooms are very well equipped and being able to go and get fresh milk is great.

The room was smaller than last time, not a great problem, however with less storage and the shower temperature was not stable
As usual the hotel, and room was clean and very comfortable with helpful staff, the availability of decent tea and coffee bags with fresh milk is always appreciated

The extra charge on the spa usage seemed unnecessary.
Room was good size. Grounds are beautiful. Loved the sustainability approach to providing water and milk without the plastic bottles. Also loved the menu of the little extras for taking the in-room soak (bath salts, eye mask, pillow spray). And the activities for kids and the little robes and slippers and the extra little gifts for them in the fridge were a fantastic little touch.

Had to wait a while for service at the bar and also to be seated at the restaurant. Food in restaurant was fairly priced but food at the bar was little over priced.

Unfortunately, the bed was super uncomfortable:( the mattress was really hard and the pillows were thin, so our nights sleep wasn't so great.

The rice and nam bread containers. When heated they expanded and were too difficult to open.
