The lift wasn’t working so we had about 6 flights of stairs to climb from the car park , which was a bit tricky with heavy suitcases.

Great location for easy access to everywhere.Room was comfortable and clean with everything you need.

The hob extractor filter was in need of a clean. It left a stale fat smell in the vicinity. The lifts were faulty, but had been informed of this in advance, and we were only on the first floor so wasn’t too inconvenient.

Nice space for a couple. No noise from adjoining apartments.

We were very fortunate to find this apartment! From the moment we moved in, it was evident that this place was going to exceed our expectations. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, providing the perfect environment for our family. However, what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional staff. Despite encountering a few issues that were entirely our fault, the staff went above and beyond to assist us. Their professionalism and dedication made our stay here truly enjoyable. We are immensely grateful for their assistance and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic living experience. Thank you to the staff for making our time here unforgettable!

This apartment was great, I would definitely stay again! The check-in process was easy, with detailed instructions provided beforehand. The apartment itself was exactly as pictured - spacious, modern, and clean. I really enjoyed the location, it was an easy walking distance to anywhere I wanted to go. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Key collection from main building wasn't clear as the digital door panel in sinclair building wasn't 100% legible (for me). Instructions from car park could also have been clearer.

Just some minor details: - Hob and oven light does not work - Mattress needs replaced

Exeptional service from our hosts if there was a problem. Most of the problems were solved the same day. Very professional. Will stay again if we are in Sheffield.

Good apartment with very easy access to trams. Quiet location. Rooms clean and comfortable. Bedroom nice size. Has all amenities required for a stay. The staff (who we happened to meet on the street whilst looking for the apartment) were super helpful.

The elevator was broken and I wasn’t informed in advance and didn’t get any discounts for that !

The location was good in the middle of everything lots of restaurants and shops near by the tram station in walking distance

En-suite was teeny. Shower cubicle could do with updating. Water while showering unexpectedly went from hot to cold and took a few minutes to become warm again. Was nice to have hairdryers in both rooms, but unfortunately only one was functional.

The location was great as we were attending a concert at the City Halls. Good choice of restaurants nearby. The apartment was very clean and the beds were comfy. Having the balcony was really very nice. Even in the rain.

the pungent floral air freshener, which is terrible for people like me who have allergies to perfumes. Although we unplugged it, the enclosed space holds the smell, and it caused me to experience asthma.

My key fob let me into a random stairwell in the overall complex so I asked a resident where the entrance is - discovered it's directly to the left of 'Brewski' bar. Washing machine smelled of mould, an empty machine 95 degree wash didn't sort it so I chose to leave using it. Need kitchen cupboard space for food storage please! Paint peeling off the bottom of the bath stuck to my child's skin and black mould behind the bath sealant trickled into the bath when water splashed on it. Otherwise the place was very clean though.

Soundproofing was good, it almost didn't feel as if we weren't in the city centre! Clean and spacious apartment. Staff very quick to respond to any messages and courteous. Very good shower and spacious main bathroom. Fantastic view of the city too and great transport connections! Multiple choices for the TV including BBC Sounds and I was able to use my Netflix account. Spacious and clean fridge freezer and easy to use microwave. Very comfy beds, plenty of towels, spare pillows and complimentary bathroom toiletries. Good and efficient heating. Nice touch to have an iron and ironing board. I was also given a high chair free of charge which was perfect for my 3 year old. I would definitely stay here again 😀

We couldn’t find any dishwasher tablets even though there was a dishwasher available.

Excellent kitchen facilities, comfortable beds, lots of space and nice bathrooms. The balcony was an unexpected bonus!
