Small bathroom & sink, no remote control for tv, we locked both inner doors when we went out, however inner door was open on our return. Post it note on our room door. No official door number.

Room was freezing, heat was off when we arrived (which was late) and then on a timer so we could not even turn it on overnight. It snowed overnight and was freezing the whole time. Water pressure was also extremely low. Told us to contact them if we needed anything but didn't respond until after our stay.

The location to the city was just what we wanted and Graham was very friendly.

When searching for somewhere to stay one of my criteria’s was “free parking “. This is not the case! Even tho it states in the Booking.com listing that there is free parking, I received a text from the owner in the middle of the night asking for £15 to be send to their bank account to secure a parking space!

Not having a cooked breakfast option, however nearby cafe was lovely. Not enough pillows in room and bathroom had light fittings missing and could do with a spruce up

Despite what it says the car parking wasn't free, we had to pay £15 every day to use it. The website also states that breakfast was included, when it wasn't included and we had to get food from a local food for our breakfast. There was also a nasty smell coming from the bathroom.

The location was very good and very quiet, even tho, it was close to a city.

Nothing to dislike. Great value for money considering location and date of stay (NYE).

Had everything we needed for a night away. Great location just a few minutes walk from city centre with bus stop just outside if you want travel further afield. Room was clean as was the en-suite shower/toilet. Free WiFi was good as was wardrobe space for hanging coats etc.

As we were turning up early (10.30) for a concert, we rang the number for the booking agency and were told we should be able to book in early and use one of the 2 car spaces out the back. On arrival the owner, who was up in Cheshire, told us this was not true. My partner went to the concert alone, whilst tried to find a parking space. In addition, the owner would not release the code to the front door until the official checking-in time had been passed. Although, there was supposed to be a continental breakfast available, the room information stated that the breakfast room was closed, with no compensation.

Bathroom door couldn’t open from the inside and some paint on the walls was scraping off. The corridor walking into the room didn’t smell very nice and a bit like damp.

Decor in the room was nice and bed was very comfortable.

The ad said parking on site and free continental breakfast. Sadly neither were the case. We were sent a text saying not to park on site as staff needed to use it but use Charlotte street car park but on arrival Charlotte st car park was rammed. I have mobility struggles which was why we chose somewhere offering parking. There was an empty space at the rear of the property throughout our stay which no one used 😕. The house is unmanned. Had a friendly call from the owner in response to my dismay but it didn’t solve the issues. We were informed breakfast would only be coffee and a croissant (not the yoghurt/fruit/cereals one might also expect) so we didn’t bother as it also meant going down into the basement and back up. Disappointed overall.

Right next to a bus stop. Good position for getting into town. Bed was comfy. Heating worked.

Breakfast included was a basic self serve croissant. Private Parking was a public car park. Advertising somewhat misleading.

Facilities are tired and could use updating. Scuffs and scratches need repainting. Poor water pressure in the bathroom. No breakfast was served. No staff on site.

It was a great location close to all the major landmarks. Staff were very helpful and friendly via telephone. Room was very clean.

-Found old condom wrappers down the side of the bed that weren't mine, -Lots of hairs in the shower from I'm guessing previous guests, -All felt a very disorganised. -Got a knock on the door just after 10 saying that we're were late for check out as it was at 10. Online, it states that check out is out half 10 -The continental breakfast was just a croissant and coffee

I booked for 4 people, one double bed and two single bed one room however when I reached there they asked me to adjust in a room for 3 people as they don't have anymore rooms left. That was pathetic as I booked room for four and paid the amount for it and asked me to adjust in a room for 3 people one double bed and one single bed and we couldn't sleep properly as there was no space to fit in properly. I am disappointed with that
