Thinner walls, having to share a bathroom, limited vegetarian options for the breakfast.

Extremely quiet location, shared bathroom was small but modernized far above other nearby like hotels. Staff were excellent, patrons were aware of the thin walls and were respectful of that. Hotel that I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at again.

You can hear the doors open and closing, bedsheets had stains, lamp was dusty and overall the cleaning was just not so good

Breakfast was good; however, I would replace the sweetened yogurt with regular Greek yogurt. Additionally, there was only a non-fat option available. This would maintain the budget while using better quality products.

The location is excellent, and the place is very tidy and straightforward. Overall, the price is consistent with the quality provided.

Location, cleanliness, and BREAKFAST!!! This was actually our second stay here. Stayed one other time 6 years ago. Everything is still fantastic.

I was staying in room 4 and whenever someone was using the bathroom, that resulted in quite a bit of noise. I was not bothered by this, as I am a heavy sleeper, but if someone is not, it might be a drawback for them.

The location is awesome, steps away from Kensington Palace. The staff were really kind and being on a super short trip, arriving early on the first day and leaving very late on the second, it was a great help that I could leave my luggage there for free before check-in and after check-out. Everything was clean and I also really appreciated the delicious breakfast that was included in the price.

People could smoke in the courtyard and our room windows opened on to the courtyard, so we had to close it and not sit out there for breakfast when people were smoking.

This hotel isn't a five star hotel, it is an intimate guesthouse. The room was adequate only because it didn't have an enquire, but we found the bathroom on the second floor to be modern, clean and new. It felt like home. The breakfast was the perfect size and you could sit in the lovely little courtyard at anytime. The staff were lovely. It was also in a great spot for walking through Hyde Park or Kensington Palace Gardens to get to the city. Also close to Portobello road markets and lots of choice for food, groceries and train stations with three in close proximity. Easy enough to get to from Heathrow airport.

Great location close to Hyde Park and Paddington Station. Free breakfast with a range of hot and cold options and a coffee machine. Rooms were really clean and bathrooms and given lots of rooms as its a guest house, noise was kept to a minimum. Staff are really friendly and lovely. Was very hot when I stayed but having the window open and a fan provided helped stay cool.

The only comment I have is the cabling as it was kind of funny to make coffee or use a hairdryer. Other than that, it exceeded expectations!

Location's great: park nearby, close to tubes, people working there lovely. Although the shower's shared was clean at all times.

The mattress of our double bed sagged in the middle. The breakfast tables were sticky and needed a cover or new surfaces. The cooked breakfast choice and quality was Ok but the other choices were less so.

Excellent location a short walk from Hyde Park, Queensway Street and two underground stations. Management and staff were polite and helpful. Our room was clean and adequate for our needs.

The building is quite old with carpets that do not give a fresh clean feeling.

Lovely, clean well kept period house, very spacious room with comfortable bed and fresh decor. The breakfast was plentiful and cooked fresh. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was really good value for the location, space and facilities. Don’t be put off with the ‘shared bathroom’ it is literally right next door to the room.
