The hosts were great, the room was very spacious & breakfast very nice ( full English ) cereals too if you wanted. Location good with a bus stop nearby that went to Whitby or over the road you could get one to Scarborough via Robin Hoods Bay if you wanted to leave your car at the guest house. There is a pub 5mins away called the Hare & Hounds that do nice food too .

breakfast was great. plenty of choices. The place was spotless. Hosts are really friendly and knowledgeable about the area and facilities etc. we stayed in room 2 - huge. safe car parking. right near transport links to get in to Whitby.

Breakfast was superb freshly cooked to order. Accommodation amazing super king size bed and large room. Karl and Carol the hosts very welcoming. What an amazing find highly recommended will definitely be returning.

Nice quiet location with plenty of parking. Very close to Robin Hood’s Bay and a short drive to Whitby. Very large room with good facilities.

Myself and a friend went on our annual walking break. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The proprietors were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was a let down, we were disappointed little choice The TV was very small for room size and only had normal channels no satellite compliment tray was basic

Property was all on the flat, ideal for us, the room was light airy and spacious Fridge outside room was a bonus bus service near property was convenient.

Excellent B & B with perfect hosts. Lovely large clean room with very comfortable bed. Tasty well cooked breakfast served with a smile from Karl. Looking forward to staying again.

Nothing comes to mind apart from not wearing shoe's in bedrooms which isnt a problem but we didn't find out until we were already in the room

There is nothing I didn't like

The B & B was 3 miles out of whitby centre, parking at the property. The bus stop was on the corner near the property so left my car all weekend. Breakfast was lovely, set me up for the day. Owners very friendly. Nice touches with little bottles of milk & slippers

Located in a quiet village 3 miles out of Whitby. Ideal location for touring the east coast. A bus stop was a 2 minute walk away from the property to travel the half hour journey into Whitby. Comfortable rooms on ground floor, spotlessly clean and a fridge was provided with fresh milk. The hosts Karl and was really friendly and very attentive to our needs. Delicious fry up breakfast was served. We'll stay there again when next in the area

Excellent breakfast, plenty of choice and local produce used. Large and spacious room, tastefully decorated. Huge super king-size bed that could be split into 2x singles. Large windows with garden view. Plenty of storage and room for suitcase in built in wardrobe.

A lovely 3 nights stay, nothing was too much for Karl and Carol to make are stay welcome, gave us lots of information of places to visit and to eat, excellent accommodation, even provide a small fridge with daily fresh milk and bottle cold water,only few yards from a bus stop so no need to uses your car to get to Whitby fews miles away

Karl and Carol excellent hosts. Nothing too much trouble. Milk and water in fridge every day. Tea coffee and hot chocolate making available. Breakfast excellent all cooked to order. Rooms exceptionally clean and location ideal for public transport ample parking. Will definitely visit again
