Location was perfect. Hosts were so friendly and could not be more accommodating. Room was spotlessly clean and the facilities supplied were great. Parking was available. Breakfast was of a great quality and there was plenty of it with numerous choices. I'd certainly stay here again without question.

Really lovely B and B, super large period room with lots of extra touches and very comfortable. Phil and Wendy were really friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and cooked breakfast was freshly made to order and to perfection. Good choice of cereals, fruit, juice, nuts,and seeds. We particularly liked the tuck shop on the landing and the fridge in room was a surprise bonus.

Couldn't fault it for a very reasonable price

Breakfast was amazing and Phil was very informative about the area. As it was a birthday treat away I even had a card on our breakfast table, a lovely touch. Very enjoyable stay 😊

Maybe Netflix on the TV as only standard free view was available, which was fine but maybe to have the choice of a few more channels would've been ideal.

Breakfast was excellent, the room had everything you needed for the stay, you have added free WiFi which was good. Phil was very helpful and couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. The little touches in the room were a nice touch from face wipes to cotton buds and even a sewing kit! The location was good, a short walk from the town but everything within walking distance. I would 100% go back and stay again.

Absolutely loved our stay with Phil and Wendy the breakfast was lovely and so much to choose from. Phil and Wendy was so warm welcoming and so lovely to talk to made you feel so welcome like home from home our room was stunning and spotless.had everything and more. Will always stay there every time I go to western 😁

The breakfast was excellent, plenty of variety and everything cooked fresh, nothing was too much trouble. Phil and Wendy were perfect hosts. Rooms were very comfortable and the little finishing touches.All made for an excellent few days.will definitely return.

I managed to reserve parking however if I hadn’t I would have struggled to find a spot near the Guest House As it was full being a bank holiday weekend everywhere!

Good location, great hosts, Phill especially was very helpful with recommendations of places to visit and restaurants to eat in. The Guest House had everything you could want in your room and the little tuck shop on the landing was great!

Wonderful guest house hosted by Phil and Wendy who were amazingly helpful. Superb breakfasts every morning. Phil recommended restaurants, supplied us with a map of Weston and mentioned things to do during our stay.

Breakfast was lovely, we liked the fact that you could choose the time you had breakfast in the morning. The snacks/ drinks that you could buy from the snack station on top of stairs was an added bonus. The room was very nicely decorated and lovely and clean. There was lots of little ‘extras’ in the room ie; biscuits, toiletries etc which was a lovely touch.

The property was in an ideal position for access to all the local amenities Weston Super Mare as to offer . The hosts were friendly and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were comfortable, clean and the attention to detail was outstanding. There was a good choice for breakfast which was cooked and served by Phil every morning.
