Towels were either not of good quality or were over used and need to be upgraded.

We are still waiting to have our deposit back although we left the place very tidy. We haven't received it yet a week after we checked out.

Been welcomed in the evening around 9 PM and been able to collect the key at the reception. The place is very clean. The bathroom is big and the beds comfy.

The location was excellent. It has many shops and restaurants. It is just a 10 minute walk to the underground.

It was a bit noisy as buses went throughout the night and people shouting on the streets. If you close all windows then its fine. For us it was okay, but some who hate noisy nights might have issues. We stayed for 5 nights and the receptionist said the apartment will be cleaned once in 3 days but it was not for us. Basically we used same linens, towels, garbage bag was not disposed for all 5 days.

Location is great, short walk like 8 mins from the Ilford station to the apartment. And Ilford is connected to Stratford where one can connect to other destinations. Apartment is nice, spacious and clean. All amenities worked perfectly. There is bus stop closeby too which is great and there are night buses as well. There are many departmental stores, shopping street, cheap restaurants closeby within 100-200 meters. It was perfect for us as we spent the day outside and just spend the nights in the apartment. Kitchen was well equipped, if some want to cook. Bathroom was nice and spacious.

TV reception was so bad you couldn't watch any channels. Not too bad as we weren't there to stay in. Shower drain was blocked, and the window on the balcony didn't lock. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and didn't have any bedding for it. Luckily the flat is that hot you didn't need the sheets (hence why we didn't ask for any) A bit more care and attention is needed to keep what is an OK flat, the right side of OK.

Great location and clean, staff were friendly. Not a bad flat but needs a bit of love.

The only drawback is there is no intercom service which will connect you directly to reception and I was expecting a washing machine as we stayed 5 days there.

We were able to check in around 1 PM which was really nice. The studio apartment is specious enough for couples. There are lot of local stores so you can have groceries easily. The apartment do not have dishwasher.

The only downside was the lack of parking. I thought that there was parking when I booked, so that was disappointing and I had to park in a pay and display car park. Even though I paid for parking by phone, I still got 2 parking tickets. I’m hoping I can appeal.

It was great value and a good location. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the room was comfortable and clean. It was lovely to have a small kitchenette. It was also very quiet.

When we arrived the sofa in the kitchen area was wet, clearly a clean up had been done because there was a fan pointed at the sofa and window was open. It wouldn’t of been an issue had we of been warned about it but we only found out once sat on and trousers got wet. Bathroom cabinets looked like they had water damage too them and could do with changing and the showers could do with a deep clean.

The property was in a great location for us working on Ilford Lane, also right next door to Lidl and the high street. The facilities were great and kitchen. had plenty of cutlery and cooking utensils. Beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean and all items worked as they should.

The house keeping was once in 3 or 4 days, so that was the only disadvantage. The deposit transfer system has to be refined.

The place was very pleasant and the view from the room was very nice.

There was no single staff available to help when we had faulty fire alarm so we had to call the fire team ourselves. We also check in late because of flight delay, no one to attend to my family in the cold outside. These could have been easily addressed if someone is available.

Only improvement could be a newer/firmer mattress. The bed was lovely, but I found the mattress slightly to softand springy.

The apartment was nice, large and mostly clean. The bath plug and drain was dirty and in need of cleaning properly. The facilities were good. Unfortunately the water stopped for about 6 hours on Sunday evening and it was very inconvenient.

Overall average location. If you plan to explore London particularly consider a ~40 minute commute each direction. Could be a bit warmer for our taste (twas winter)

Good room size and quality. Comfortable and big enough bed. Many fast food options and several restaurants serving international food as well as food markets nearby.

don’t change towels or clean rooms/toilets everyday? during our 4 nights stay they didn’t changed anything! yep I understand we do have washing machine in one-bedroom apartment and above but still the rooms should be cleaned everyday no matter what!

location is alright, little far from ilford lane but of course it’s in walking distance, can be hard if you are travelling with infants / small kids!
