We only stayed one night. A family trip to Twickenham for the rugby and night in a good hotel, as a birthday treat for my 11 year old grandson. I had an email on booking telling me a birthday balloon would be awaiting my grandson in the family room. I even checked with the staff when we stopped by before going to the match..Small thing but it didn't happen. The girl on check-in was disinterested and unwelcoming and our rooms were miles apart. I booked months in advance.. We were never asked if we wanted to book for breakfast... So we went elsewhere in the morning. The family room was nice. Our queen room was okay, huge bathroom with a shower. Personally, I would have liked a bath rather than a TV in the shower that didn't have a remote to use it anyway! 😂 Who watches TV in the shower anyway?? Furniture was mirrored and tired, headboard plastic! Overall, I was underwhelmed. It didn't live up to the Hilton name and felt overpriced, even for London. Service was charged for getting our own drinks at the bar! with no actual service other than pouring it into the glass and handing it over the bar!. We didn't use the spa so can't comment on that. Grandson was very happy with the big TV in his room though 😄

The hotel is in a lovely location and has free parking. The rooms are spacious and beds comfortable.

Bill not clear at the end. We had to ring up to get it corrected. Sums taken didn't add up to the only 6 breakfasts we had at first.

Quiet, clean & v good Spa facilities once I had managed to book. My phone messages weren't answered so I had to appear at the desk in person. Then staff were helpful

Room 56 which I stayed in with my Mum had no extractor fan working in the bathroom, and a spotlight near the Chandelier was not working. My son's stayed in Room 35 and the main light switch kept flickering and did not always work. This was reported to the "Reception Desk".

The room we had, number 25, was near the door to the rooms, and kepted on banging where people were going in and out. Charging £25.00 each to use the Spa is not good, every hotel we have stayed at you can use the Spa for free if you are a guest.

The room was clean and tidy. The room and bathroom were large. The bed was large. The breakfast was good.

When we got the the room was very filthy the housekeepers forgot to check the balcony which was full of pizza boxes and drinks

Indoor Spa was very good with jacuzzi. Front desk officer, Doreen, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Contacted me immediately upon booking and offered information about room types. The hotel restaurant food was average, but the service was impeccable. We had scallops and fish & chips for dinner. The fish and chips was not on the menu and was a special order, which was accommodating. We had Egg Benedict for breakfast. The breakfast buffet spread was great with a wide variety of choices and the restaurant employees were all very attentive, polite and fast with their service. The view of the hotel was charming, and the hotel environment is very green, great for a walk around. Would love to stay here again.

Restaurant staff were run off their feet and although they were attentive, professional and gracious they were so busy and there were a couple of minor issues which they attended to and rectified. Despite this our experience in the Restaurant was amazing and we went back on our second evening. More staff needed in the restaurant so they can continue to do a fabulous job.

This is my fourth stay in this lovely hotel and I will certainly be back again! Beautiful and luxurious room, chandelier is a thing of beauty. Luxurious bathroom - I love the TV in the shower! Fridge and lots of wardrobe space, huge and comfortable bed, huge tv, lovely outside space with table and chairs. Appreciated complimentary water. Nice comfy velvet chair and footstool. Great robes and slippers, which we wore down to the spa.. Great that there is a mirror over the table which was great for my hair and make up. Also a full length mirror to check our outfits! Wonderful selection available for the buffet breakfast, which is available untill 11am. This included fruit, yogurts, cereals, bacon , sausages, eggs, beans, mushrooms, tomotoes, croissants, and more! I ordered an omelette from the chef and my partner ordered poached eggs, which were cooked to perfection at no additional cost as we had included breakfast when we booked our room. Great evening meal - lovely ambiance - definitely recommend the lamb shank - attentive staff - great managers and staff, welcoming reception staff. Amazing spa, good changing room with lockers. Great jacuzzi, steam room, pool and sauna. We asked for a service of our room whilst we went to breakfast and it was clean and tidy when we returned. We plan a return trip in the summer so we can sit outside in the lovely cabanas. This is an amazing hotel and the staff are so polite and helpful. We felt thoroughly looked after.

We had to pay an extra £50 to swim and use the ‘spa’. In reality, it was a dark pool in the basement with a mouldy ceiling. The jacuzzi was full of soapy scum with brown stuff floating in it. It was very bleak down there and definitely DEFINITELY not worth £50. For the total price we could have stayed in a much nicer spa hotel. The men’s changing room also smelled absolutely foul.

Staff were so nice, location is amazing and they upgraded our room to a beautiful King Suite. The room was spacious and the bed was amazing. Bathroom was lovely too. Very luxurious.
