We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThere was only one thing we could find wrong. The bathroom needed a towel rail and maybe another bedside table.
Loved this hotel. It was an excellent location for the Roundhouse where we went to an event. The breakfast at the hotel was amazing and we had a lovely spacious room which had been newly renovated and modern. The staff were lovely they were all friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend.

The staff were really friendly and my son loved having 'free' money to spend in the shop. The room was clean and quiet and the beds were very comfortable and it was a few minutes was away from the action of Camden Lock.

United KingdomThe shower in room 120 worked on our arrival on Tuesday evening but alas, was completely cold on Wednesday morning and both my husband and I had to have a freezing shower which was not a good start to the day. Considering that there was potential for this to happen, I feel that the amount that we paid, even in London, was a bit topside. I would say, though, that the manager was very understanding and suggested that a shower repair could be umdertaken, however we were already packed and ready to leave so would not be inclined to take advantage of the repair. Please be assured that we were much more impressed by the hotel than not. This was an isolated incident.
The room was comfortable and clean with an interesting view from the window. The check in staff were polite and very helpful and we were able to check in early. Thank you for that. The location is very lively and good fun and the room was well soundproofed for those who would not wish to indulge in such fun late at night. The breakfast was very good and we were attended by very solicitous staff.

Excellent location overlooking Camden Lock, right in the heart of things and under 10 mins walk from Camden tube station. Hotel was spotlessly clean, fresh and modern looking. The staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was lovely, with a good selection of items.
