There was only one thing we could find wrong. The bathroom needed a towel rail and maybe another bedside table.

Loved this hotel. It was an excellent location for the Roundhouse where we went to an event. The breakfast at the hotel was amazing and we had a lovely spacious room which had been newly renovated and modern. The staff were lovely they were all friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend.

Breakfast wasn't cheap... even thought there was alot of it!

The staff were really friendly and my son loved having 'free' money to spend in the shop. The room was clean and quiet and the beds were very comfortable and it was a few minutes was away from the action of Camden Lock.

Clearly a problem with the plumbing in our room as toilet didn’t stop leaking. No air con- two fans provided. Sad view from window of roof and what looked like an air conditioning unit which was ironic.

The shower in room 120 worked on our arrival on Tuesday evening but alas, was completely cold on Wednesday morning and both my husband and I had to have a freezing shower which was not a good start to the day. Considering that there was potential for this to happen, I feel that the amount that we paid, even in London, was a bit topside. I would say, though, that the manager was very understanding and suggested that a shower repair could be umdertaken, however we were already packed and ready to leave so would not be inclined to take advantage of the repair. Please be assured that we were much more impressed by the hotel than not. This was an isolated incident.

The room was comfortable and clean with an interesting view from the window. The check in staff were polite and very helpful and we were able to check in early. Thank you for that. The location is very lively and good fun and the room was well soundproofed for those who would not wish to indulge in such fun late at night. The breakfast was very good and we were attended by very solicitous staff.

Had trouble sleeping, the bed was quite hard and the pillows too soft but this may not be a problem for anyone else, could be down to personal comfort.

Excellent location overlooking Camden Lock, right in the heart of things and under 10 mins walk from Camden tube station. Hotel was spotlessly clean, fresh and modern looking. The staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was lovely, with a good selection of items.

Shame the A/C was out of asction for maintenaice, once the A/C is back up and running the hotel will have no faults. Although the hotel did provide air fans which was a bonus.

The room and hotel are excellent, staff are great, and the bar/food are great.

Smart tv didn’t work. Needed to decompress for a bit with some Netflix. Didn’t work. Told staff, said it’s been refurbed and it doesn’t work on the second floor…

Could be a little cleaner, and is a little dated on decor in bedrooms and bathrooms.

Team of staff are amazing and always on hand to help with a smile! Close proximity to tube station and for work office. Always happy to sort my poached eggs too and they were always fabulous!!
