A good hotel at a convenient location on Kensington High Street, with easy transportation. Quality of food at the restaurant was good. There are good restaurants nearby.

Only small downside was the bed pillows, extremely soft and a little uncomfortable but as I was only staying 1 night this wasn't a major issue.

On arrival for check-in I was advised by the reception staff that I had been upgraded to a Premium Room, this was a lovely surprise. Room was spacious and clean, view not so great but I was only staying for 1 night. Breakfast was lovely!

The London taxis/Uber/Bolt are not reliable, sometimes it's not easy to get a ride when you are in a hurry.

The location is perfect, close to the London Book Fair at Olympia.

Room service had limited options and kept running out of stock. Beds are very creaky - I could hear when the people next door turned over in bed.

Spacious room, good location, loved the bar/lounge area. Bus stop at the front door direct to the west end theatres.

Unfortunately my bed was a bit noisy and slightly uncomfortable. It may be time to replace that particular bed, as every time I tried to adjust my body to get comfortable, I was met with creaking sounds.

The location was perfect for me. It was outside the congested tourist areas, therefore, relatively quiet. There were quite a few shops and restaurants in walking distance and nearby bus stops made it quite easy to get in and out of the Kensington area. As usual, the breakfast was plentiful and the staff were polite and friendly.

Having stayed in various hotels in London I found this one tired and in need of refurbishment. I was hoping to enjoy my stay more as its in walking distance to family who I visit regularly. The hotel on entrance I felt was faceless and tired. The room was dark and bed really uncomfortable as hard mattress. It's a shame as I needed a local hotel for future visits. Sorry Hilton!

Location for this trip ideal. Used the gym which was an added bonus.

Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, very dusty under the bed, smelled like mold in the room and very noisy from the street. We could hear ambulance and police many time in the night. We could also hear everything our neighbors were talking about - very bad sound proofing.

Dated and very hot. Noisy room as we were not in the membership for the Hilton as we found out as we checked in and asked to look over the road facing Olympia 🥴 they get the quiet side

The pillows were very soft would have been great if not feathers. There was hardly any headroom in the shower due to the low ceiling but these are minor issues for such a comfortable room

It was my second stay at in two weeks and the room for my second visit was a refurbished room, much better than the first. The bed was firm which i like and the TV large and the climate control was excellent

Unfortunately, rooms are long overdue their renovation time and feel a bit outdated and neglected, especially the bathroom. Additionally, the "view" outside the window was just the other side of the building with huge vent duct, which was quite noisy and running constantly from 7AM to 8PM.

From the positives I can list here hotel location and very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is pretty close to the tube station, from where you can walk or jump on a bus for a short, four stop journey.

Evening service was terrible, ordered 2 meals, only one came out waited 5/10 mins still nothing finally bought out after asking where second meal was. first meal was then cold and had to be reheated by then my partner had eaten his meal alone and then i had mine alone by then i had lost my appetite!!!, we came for a meal together but did not eat together! greatful they took the meal of meal off bill.
