I had the warmest welcome and my room had a beautiful view in the lovely street which was actually very quiet for London. Only 3 mins to Earls Court Station with many restaurants and shops nearby.

Too cramped, tiny corridors, tiny lift, ok lounge. Not much space decor very basic.No handwash in bathroom , no irons in rooms, no tea, coffeee in rooms. One fridge in the lounge and tea cofffee amenities in there. It just deters visitors as it feels boarding school like not hotel feeling.

Everything was satisfactory and good

Excellent location. Less than 5 minutes walk from Earl's Court Station yet very quite road. Rooms adequate size considering location of the property. Lift is available. No hard water kettle in room but there is fully functional lounge where you can make tea or coffee and relax. Board games provided in Lounge. Bed was extremely comfortable. Minimal interaction with reception staff byt they were nice and polite. Overall a very satisfactory experience. This is now our hotel to look for in future.

The location was excellent, near to the underground, close to the bus station, only 2 minutes. There is also a different variety of food, shops, chemistry, cafeteria and so on near the hotel.

The hotel was in a perfect location and very quiet. The room I had was very comfortable and there was an excellent guest lounge with nice seating, coffee and tea. The hotel was immaculate, the staff very good and good security.

Not having some tea/coffee maker in the room is a downside for me. Note that you can access a lounge room for this matter.

The room was clean and big enough for one person. The staff is excellent and so nice! Great water pressure in the shower and instant hot water. Great location if you attend an event at the Olympia London. The underground is located at the end of the street.

Even though the reviews said the rooms were small, I was a bit surprised just how small. They reminded me of a college dorm room. Workable but small. The shower was another thing. It took a while for the water pressure to build up beyond just a dribble. Ok, just a bit of patience fixed this. HOWEVER, dialing in a temperature was very difficult. It was one of those knobs that you turned to get colder or hotter water. Unfortunately, there was one micro-tiny position on that knob that was a comfortable warm/hot temperature for a shower. If you turned the knob VERY slightly in either direction, I mean VERY VERY slightly, you’d get full on COLD water or skin burning HOT water. It was pretty unpleasant to have to fiddle with it just to not freeze or burn.

Location was great. Given the “what I didn’t like” listed below, I’d probably stay here again now that I know about this place. It’s definitely workable especially for a solo traveler. Close access to Earl’s Court tube station was very convenient.

the location is amazing - 5-minute walk from Central tube station, so you can get anywhere you want. other than that - we were 2 girls and the room was more than enough clean, space. everything was completely fine the staff is very very nice, and the hotel is pretty quiet we were even 20 min late with the heck out and the staff was relaxes and nice about it.

The bolt lock didn't work, so I couldn't lock the door from the inside when I went to sleep. As a solo traveller, that made me a little nervous. Also, it was a little strange that there was no kettle in the room, but I could borrow one from reception so not a huge deal.

Hot water did not run hot until you ran it for over 5 minutes and at certain times of day (like 5:30 pm), it never got hot (colder than swimming pool) as the system was apparently on a timer to heat the water only certain hours of day

Room was great with high ceilings and windows onto quiet street at front of hotel. Bathroom was clean and serviceable. Bed was how I like it...on the firmer side.
