On arrival there was a smell to the caravan a stain on the couch, nothing to clean any mess up eg broom,mop or vacuum.

No wifi - wasn't a big issue as we were busy having fun but it didn't work on any of our phones or the TV The en suite door locked my husband inside the toilet as it doesn't open from the inside Furniture a bit tired/marks on chairs/oven smokey, a large skewer (presumably a chicken skewer) was found by my youngest in the sofa cushion in the first five minutes. No broom or anything - understand needing to bring our own cleaning supplies but would have been nice to have a broom to tidy up sand!

The cleanliness of the property was questionable. Lots of cobwebs (in easy to reach areas) and dust on surfaces. Although the caravan looked clean, it didn’t have a clean feel about it, especially the bathroom. Appreciate the caravan is probably old & tired but the bathroom was exceptionally mouldy, the carpets were dirty (take slippers) and the sofa was stained. The duvets and pillows were dirty, glad we took our own. Suspicious stains on the headboards. Stained sofa. The extortionate cost per dog. At £30 per dog, this feels very excessive and the money made from this doesn’t seem to go towards a deep clean.

The site and location of the caravan is lovely. Although we didn’t use the site facilities, we were only a 2 min walk away from the main area and the beach was only 2 mins the other way.

Caravan needs a deep clean .Could do with some more baking tins.Some cleaning products or hoover would be nice to tidy up after our stay.The WiFi was not working at all while we were there.Dog charge is excessive for 2 nights.

Sand le mere we love .The caravans location was ok its 2 toilets is great.Our dog loved nosing out of the front window.

Paid for the beds to be made up on arrival. This wasn’t done and no out of hours phone number. had to sleep on the mattresses. Issue put right the following day and money reimbursed

The caravan was freezing cold and on the morning we moved the draw and there was a big hole in the floor, there was a dirty sock under the sofa along with old sweets that my dog tried chewing on also big yellow stain on sofa cushion. I also tried contacting owner as hot water did not work or fire noone got back to me

WiFi router didn't work. Couldn't connect to internet in caravan. Had to pay £10 for 2 days of very flaky, weak and intermittent internet on the park guest WiFi. Router needs a hard reset or replacing.

Caravan was comfortable. A little cold on an evening. Furnishings a little tired and threadbare.

The caravan exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. It was a fantastic choice – my family absolutely adored it! Even though our stay was brief, just two days, we were thrilled to find a beautiful beach located just a 3-minute walk behind our caravan.
