We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomNo washing up materials or washing machine pods. Lacked a clothes rack or anywhere to dry clothes. No tea or coffee. Mould on bathroom wall tiles, round taps and shower screen. On arrival dishwasher found to be full of crockery and cutlery and dried stain on sheet on one of the beds. Cleaning/changeover staff need to follow a checklist to ensure apartments are clean and set up with essentials for guests.
Convenient location and fairly quiet despite being ground floor. Comfy beds. Generally clean

United KingdomThe lock on the bathroom door didn't work, one of the beds (first bedroom) was lumpy and uncomfortable, the freezer door didn't close and it was completely covered in ice. We felt that a bit more attention to detail would have been nice - the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel had not been filled, there was no bath/shower mat and no tea towels.
The location is excellent. The apartment is spacious and perfect for 4 people.

United KingdomThe apartment was tired in need of attention. The kitchen cupboards were dirty also the seal in fridge freezer was dirty. All plates were chipped and when we arrived previous guests washing up left in dishwasher switched on but we had to empty it. No bin bags, no tea towel. Property details specify 2 bathrooms but it only has 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. No mattress protectors and mattress was very stained. I took photos of all damages and dirty areas just incase there was any issue of getting our £100 cleaning charge back. As its a ground floor apartment you cannot open windows and the fan in Property is broken.

Irelandbut this property is let down by terrible customer service. Disappointed that the cot advertised and promised twice before booking, was not there on arrival for our baby. I tried to call multiple times, and emailed three times on the day to confirm if the cot would be there with no response from the property managers. When they finally responded that evening they promised to sort it out immediately and again let us down. Their final solution was they would drop in a cot halfway through our stay. We had to spend our first evening in taxi's driving a strange city to find and buy a travel cot, which then took the management company over a month and countless emails back and forth to finally reimburse us for. Ruined our first day. Nice apartment but would avoid as no help when needed.

United KingdomStated 2 bathrooms, only one had bath/shower. Chair had leg missing, fan didn't work. Freezer was frozen solid so couldn't be used, this was also stated on someone's review who went a few days before we did.
Clear instructions given for entry. Codes received before arriving. Great location, close to everything. Clean and quirky.
