Shower was a little small .

It’s not quite as big as it looks but there is room for 6- 8 people . The place was clean , beds comfy , and it was well decorated. Everything you need . Has a balcony for smokers , vapers , full Woking kitchen with glasses and plates etc …

Very spacious apartment that was very satisfactory for our needs. Facilities as described and easy access to apartment. We got a park on road directly in front of unit. Good stay at very reasonable price.

There were only 3 mugs when I booked the place for 5 guests. Also the bedroom fan needs cleaning.

The location was good as it was close to the city. Many supermarkets and lots of places for eating out or takeaway. Everything in the apartment was as described.

Staircase walk way is narrow so need to be mindful for big family. Location is not near to city center, ideally needs driving. Bed is too soft Only 1 toilet bowl available, so need to share n wait.

Apartment is stylish as indicated and free parking is a plus. Owner respond promptly to issues flagged during the stay.

Had difficulty entering and tried to contact someone for assistance but no one replied or returned my calls . 🥲 There was a strong smell of cannabis when we entered.

The space is a bit small for groups with 6 people, and at the same time the hygiene is not very clean, and we also wiped the sofa table.

The attitude of the host was very nice and the response to messages was very fast.

This property needs cleaning professionally.. food needs to be removed from sofa..it needs painting outside needs jet washing and bed need mending or replacing ( broken stats) if you squeeze 4 double beds at least think where are they going to sit in the lounge????

It smelled like cannabis strongly through the floor. The neighbourhood was quite sketchy. It was difficult to get checked in which added stress to our stay. The front door to the whole property was broken. Lots of things were either broken or marked. When we got there first the toilet had wee left in. The walls had marks all Up them and it looked like someone had gone around with a knife. I was on edge most of my stay.

The beds were comfy , the amenities were great and location was good for what we needed. Lots of room.

Dirty, needs decoration on the walls, sheets not changed in one bedroom from previous guests, just stretched out, the cleaner comes in at 9 am to leave her cleaning things in the house and stands outside waiting for us to leave at 10 as described

Host was quiet rude on check-out. When booking checkout said 10.30. On day of checkout host called to say we was past checkout time this was at 10.10 and if we didn't leave with in 5 minutes we where going to be charged a late checkout fee. Cleaner let herself in property around 9.30, and was waiting at the door for us to leave.

The shower was cramped, no towels on arrival but sorted quickly. The property was not cleaned well prior to our arrival- my crawling daughter found a dog bone under the tables, dirty floors. Kitchen dishes were not clean and limited spoons to stir food/ flip eggs. Broken door handles to bedroom so could not close bedroom door to noise of living room with baby in bedroom. Damage to some walls and appliances. Only stayed a night however.

Checked in at 3PM when the self access codes were received to come into a very dirty property that smelled of smoke and canabis and was still being cleaned. There was clearly a party the night before. We got back later that evening and it was cleaned to a satisfactory standard however all the windows were left open to get rid of the smell and the house was freezing. We were only left with 2 clean towels for 5 people. The listing says towels and basic toiletries included, the shower had a hand sanitiser on the shelf so at least we could disinfect ourselves before bed. When you arrive through the first door you are greeted by sacks full or rubbish and all the cleaning equipment.

The images of the property looked good but its location is in a rather unpleasant area of Cardiff.

The door didn't lock and we were lucky to discover this before going to bed. I had to call Booking.com to get the owner out and change the batteries. This should have been part of the routine checks! Some of the crockery looked old and chipped and the cupboards were worn. The kitchen seat was ripped and the slats under one of the beds had broken.

Parking was free. Apartment was spacious.
