Host greeted us on arrival and was available to our needs at all times. Attractive property, quiet and very comfortable. Not too far from the city centre by car which we used every day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - we had everything we needed.

Only thing we would have liked was a hand rail to get in and out of the shower/bath.

Beautiful accommodation that had everything we needed. Hosts Wendy & Tom were so friendly and helpful. As we had a car it was so easy to get around the area and beyond as the main highways were close by.

Lovely unit with everything we required. Very comfortable and living area well set out enabling us to cook and relax after our numerous trips throughout the days. We were provided with bread and milk along with other condiments which were very well received Hosts were available and couldn't have been more helpful. Having a car was very helpful and a really great stay. Availability of Netflix was an added bonus and small table in courtyard got plenty of use

Very comfortable, modern accommodation. Clean and well equipped. Welcome basket and toiletries. Warm and friendly hosts. Easy access to Bath. Discovered new parts of the city we haven’t explored before.

Little Elm is a home from home with a very cosy feel. The owners have thought about detail! They provide all you need to enjoy your stay - comfy beds and a place to relax. The kitchen was well equipped allowing us to prepare some meals which we brought down. Loved the welcome book - it was full of ideas for things to do. If the weather had been better we would have made use of the lovely court yard! Would definately consider staying here again if we were to visit Bath. Due to the weather we didnt walk into Bath but got an uber which ranged from £7-£8. Thank you! X

There was anything I didn't like. If I was being picky, may be a shower mat for the bath in case of any slip.

It was easy to find, immaculate, well stocked and lovely to have milk, fresh bread and oj left for us. The information booklet was very informative. Easy to park, great to have Netflix, coffee, tea. 2 bedrooms. The shower was lovely and the apartment was very warm

Pillows need replacing on beds as they were super thin and a second tea towel would be good as one not enough for 4 people for 3 days. The bed in the upstairs bedroom was only a few inches off the ground and this should be noted in the description. Very very difficult to get out of bed from the floor.

Without a car it is a bit of a walk from town with luggage but this was known to us when booking as was well described. Uber/taxi was good value for our group.

Very clean, modern and well equipped. Great communication from the owner :-) Some welcoming touches with bread, jams, drinks and snacks etc. Definitely would recommend this accommodation.

There was a fresh bread waiting for us in addition to the coffee, teas, milk, and cookies. The accommodation is super clean and has some lovely extra touches to make it feel welcoming. There is a bus stop to the city centre about 1 km's walk away. I would definitely stay here again if I were visiting Bath.

Fabulous in every way! This was a supremely comfortable and welcoming place to stay. Tom and Wendy were terrific hosts to my husband and I while not being at all intrusive, and the sense of privacy and space was a delight. The outdoor area is so nice, with fairy lights for the evenings, and the outdoor table and chairs are sheltered enough to enjoy sitting outside in almost any weather. The facilities inside were all immaculate too, with lots of thoughtful touches like big fluffy towels, and the beds were fab. The location is lovely, with views of hills in the distance while being in spitting distance of the city centre - and great parking directly outside. All in all a perfect place to stay!

It was a little out of town to be without a car and Uber wasn't very good at rush hour. But it was possible to walk 10 minutes to a bus stop and get into Bath in 10-15 minutes. We knew about the location when we booked and would definitely not have had such a wonderful place in the centre, so this is rather for info, not complaining!

Wendy was very thoughtful and provided us with fresh bread, milk and orange juice. The flat was lovingly and stylishly decorated and had everything we needed. Communication was easy and very friendly. The weather was great, so we could have breakfast in the courtyard. Really delightful!

Bath city center is around 30 mins walk from property.

Beautiful place to stay. Host is very helpful as they checked us in even if we reached late in the evening. The property is new and very comfortable. I will say a home away from home. The kitchen facilities are just amazing. Last but not the least is the welcome snack basket. It was so helpful for our next day breakfast. Road side parking is also very convenient. I will definitely recommend.
