Person on late night reception didn’t answer the phone or the cell. I had to walk down at 22:00 to ask a question about leaving early the next morning.

the toilet was a little hard to flush (it wasn't broken, it just seemed the style of it that you needed the right speed and pressure)

the location was great, the welcome was great, the tea and tea accessories in the room were very nice, the beds were very comfy, the shower/water pressure was great, the rooms were quiet (both in the hallway noise and road noise), the breakfast was a nice selection and the hot food was available to order and were able to accommodate my gluten allergy.

The staff was extremely helpful and went beyond the norm to assist me and how to get to the areas I was looking for. The room was perfect for me. The area was very quiet and near the train station.

We have been staying there many times now and the room was quite agreeable. The staff is always very nice and helpful. If you enjoy Southwark, and even central London, I would highly recommend this hotel. If you happen to be needing real rest, it is really nice to have the pub just downstairs for both breakfast and tea.

Really convenient location, not so good in the summer as no aircon but great for the rest of the year. Get's booked very early so need to need to book as early as possible if you want to stay here.

fantastic free breakfast every day, not only the buffet but options to order were also free. the location could not have been better, in between the eye, the tower of london, and also near St. Paul's cathedral. Walked everywhere and never needed a taxi!

The Hotel was a very cosy and comfortable 3* Hotel. The room had everything you needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very positive was the free breakfast. There were a card menu as well as a buffet. No need to choose. We were allowed to eat as much as we liked from both options. Surprisingly there were very good vegan options. Drinks were also included. The Hotel is located very well and central. 5min walking to the river Themse, 10min walk to Waterloo Station, 14min walk to london eye.

This hotel was a short walk from the underground. It was adorably themed and in a historic building. The room was very comfortable. Bathroom was huge. Our included breakfast was very good. I would stay here again.
