Dated rooms, toilet didn’t flush, needs a bit of an update in the spa - a bit dated

Very tiny minor issue, room service breakfast arrived late. Wouldn't usually bat an eye but was a rare occasion where I had a deadline to leave would recommend you accomodate a further 15 mins for room service breakfast. The staff lady on the front desk was so apologetic and refunded the room service charge for this too so I really can't fault them at all (which I felt terribly guilty about) The restaurant is an excellent space, so I would probably not bother with room service anyway next time.

The facilities were great, staff always really helpful and the greeting was exceptional. The food was brilliant and so were the selection of mocktails. Staff go above and beyond as much as possible and we will definitely go again.

Good Spa facilities, lovely staff, food in the restaurant was great, fairly basic room could do with a little modernising but fine. Overall, a nice stay.

Restaurant was fine for breakfast and a snack lunch but not conducive to an evening dinner. Too much like a cafeteria.

It was good but I feel very expensive for what it was nothing included and spend so much money asked for a birthday bundle and then left us and anniversary one. Wasn't very pleased if I'm to be honest

Location. It overlooked an Aldi It is only a short drive to Malvern itself which almost made up for it

Very small TV, very small, difficult to view lying on the bed Difficult to get e really hot bath Misleading notice posted on wall. It promised a 25% discount for Black Friday week, but it turned out that there were many conditions, and it only referred to the future

The main receptionist (gentleman with glasses) was not friendly or approachable. We arrived an hour early coming from a long distance and thought they may be able to let us check in early but he was abrupt and said no. He didn’t give us option to sit and wait in the waiting area and we had to ask him- so not great customer services. The water was freezing cold in the main bedroom shower at 5am- i would expect hot water 24/7 in a spa hotel of this standard. my husband went downstairs to reception area and everything was closed no staff available. Tv was tiny and old - not a smart tv so couldn’t watch anything but live tv . Spa facilities get booked very quickly so we could not get a couples massage as only one slot left .

Myself and My husband visited The Malvern for an overnight stay. The spa facilities were good (not huge variety) just one main pool with with jets and small one attached to it. The spa host Sarah was really friendly and approachable. She gave us a tour of the spa hotel and made us feel welcome. Also India was attentive and warm at breakfast. Breakfast was decent- we had the egg royal and pancake stacks, coffees were nice too. Bedroom was average and size was ok.

I booked this accommodation thinking that it was in central Malvern (my fault and no fault of the hotel's) but it's a significant distance from the centre.

I do think the menu in the restaurant could be a little more varied and simplified.

The hotel and spa facilities were amazing. Very modern, incredibly clean. Every staff member we encountered was exceptionally helpful and polite.

I had a lovely time, arrived a bit early but they allowed me into a grab a drink from the bar while my room was being made ready. The facilities as ever were clean and well maintained and my room was nice. Had dinner and breakfast and both were well made and delicious. Had a male facial treatment and Katelyn did a great job, even with my craggy face, would happily go back for another one. I had done a long walk around the Malverns just before this and really was a nice recovery break after.

The choice at evening meal was not as good as in the past especially the choice of sweets. The serviettes at breakfast were of very poor quality. Toilet paper was also very poor quality.

Evening meals were obviously designed for people staying for a short time my wife and I felt there was little choice for those staying for a longer period.

Comfortable room and spa facilities were good although I had expected to be able to swim lengthsA mdern spa in the pool.

Spa was very tranquil with a fabulous indoor/outdoor pool, enjoyed a super facial and the relaxation room afterwards is chilled. Added comfort bonus being able to dine in your robes!
