Expensive Received a call from reception to ask when I was checking out 2 hours after I had checked out

The main street was quite loud throughout the night even with windows closed

Clean and well equipped apartment. Convenient location for getting to the London marathon starting point in Greenwich Park (via DLR). Excellent kitchen and cooking facilities for making your own meals. Tv has Netflix/prime etc.

Minor points but the sink plug was broken in the en-suite, the dishwasher door was broken so we had to leave it for the staff to turn on and the bedrooms and duvets were a bit on the cool side

Very clean, plenty of space, well equipped, quiet and safe location within the courtyard. Very friendly and helpful lady on reception.

Very clean, calm, spacious. Everything was in the accommodation permitted us to feel like at home.

Beds not so comfy and broken door handle on bathroom door...

It was a good overnight stop point ..close to cafe and shops...

Lovely property - well run, clean and slick

check in time was 3 which was fine but we wanted to rest before the concert

although it didn’t look exactly like the pictures it was so good!!! bathroom is spacious, rooms are a perfect size and big beds, kitchen was clean and they have tvs, BONUS it was right across the street from troxy where we went to the w2e concert

The smell when you come into the apartments.

The apartment was close to the venue we were going too.

Unfortunately the towels in the toilet didn’t seem new and one of them even had what seemed like mascara and lipstick stains. I’m guessing a previous guest folded them up nicely so they thought they weren’t used and didn’t change them.

I didn’t stay long enough to use it but I loved the fully fitted kitchen. There was free tea and coffee to make yourself and the place was clean and tidy when I got there. It felt like walking into a new flat :) once again didn’t get to use them since I only stayed a night but I was pleasantly surprised with 24 hour group chat for any help needed.

Mattress was a little stiff for my taste but still comfy enough.

Location was excellent, was in London for an event at the Troxy so being able to walk over the road and be at my accommodation was fantastic.

the late check out note wasnt applied to the notes on our room so someone entered our apartment in the morning trying to make us check out but we had paid for extra check out

room was clean and comfortable. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful

could do with better double/triple double glazed windows as side rd very noisy when windows closed. Also only curtains on windows very open, could do with blinds/nets for a bit of privacy. No radiator in bedroom rather strange, also could do with another tv in bedroom and an easy chair too. Main livingroom could do with another chair as when using as bed seettee there was no other comfy place to sit except 4 very uncomfortable dinig chairs.

main room/kitchen was clean and spacious. bathroom facilities also great. Great blackout curtains too. Chosen for location to Troxy as at concert, ideal for the concert, area very noisy and as a mum/teen daughter we did not feel safe, I wouldn't choose to stay there again.

Only provide glass dishes which made it hard for my food to cook

The apartment well very nice, had a dishwasher, oven and a microwave. It was very very close to Troxy which was the purpose of my stay. Staff were really friendly when I had to be constantly in and out of the building due to the concert.

Fantastic location (Troxy event). Great and professional service. Clean, spacious and comfortable accommodation.

The check out time is early at 10:30am, plus it's an extra £30 to stay till 12pm

I liked the dining facilities and the separate room was spacious

More pillows/spare blankets would have been good. Some areas of the apartment were a little tired, e.g. net curtains.

Lovely apartment, excellent value. Location was perfect for our night at the Troxy. Warm and friendly service from Yaya on the front desk. Would recommend.

There was a little confusion about the facilities, not as expected through the booking process. But the staff were quick and friendly to accommodate us.

The staff were excellent, very friendly, very helpful. The location was very convenient for city attractions. It was clean and comfortable in the apartment. a great stay all round.

Really the only thing less than ideal was that the heat of course was not turned on in advance, so the first night there was very very cold until the heating kicked in.

Really no complaints about the property. Would be amazing for a longer stay considering the services available.

The noise from outside. TV very basic channels, no TV in bedroom, heating not very good.

Large bathroom, good kitchen facilities. Very close to concert venue.

Only thing is that we could not turn off the heating, but it was not a huge problem!

Very close to subway!
