The longest check in process that I’ve experienced in my 55 years. Accessible bathroom was very unsuitable for someone 6 ft 4. Low sink with no mirror above made shaving very awkward and to pay £300 for a room and have to stand in a bath with a cheap shower curtain stuck to you back whilst showering is unbelievable.

Location was excellent and immaculately clean. Breakfast was very good considering the added footfall due to the London Marathon

Being told room not ready at 3pm and would have to wait an hour! complained and they upgraded us but should not have to even ask the question !! Food in bar had to be sent back . Turned football over after being there two hours without asking ! Just the little things that add up

I didn’t like the fact that when booking on the app the photos are very misleading. I thought I was getting a room with a view of Canary Wharf but no. The view was an enclosed court yard! Which is a roof of another part of the hotel. When you’re paying £170 per night, and we were staying 2 nights, Very disappointing.

Very clean and friendly. When we checked into the room we found that the tv wasn’t working. This was rectified by the hotel engineer very quickly.

On of our rooms we’re not ready. We were still waiting for a room for over an hour after we checked in. We ended up getting another room but it was not a twin as requested as we were already late to our event that we travelled for.

Room wasn't ready at check in time despite requesting an early check in, not enough towels for a 3 person room, queue at checkout-- asked to do express and then repeat regular checkout procedure awkwardly despite a concierge being available the whole time. The room was too warm and the thermostat kept being overridden.

The reception lady was very weird. Wasn't helpful...we came on valentines day with big bunch of roses, asked for a bucket to put our flowers, never got one, then we asked if we could book a table at the hotel restaurant, she said it's fully booked and we can sit at the bar only, but the bartender got as table at the restaurant as it was plenty of space. Not sure why she didn't want as to get the table at the main restaurant, probably she didn't like that we came dressed in sport clothes for check in, as we changed in fancy clothes for a evening later on.

Took 40 minutes to check in even though everything had been paid for in advance. Also asked concierge in afternoon if possible to order a taxi to 02. He said fine come down to reception hour before & he would call one. Did that only to find that he should have informed us earlier that a tunnel was closed therefore better to go on tube. Room should have magnified mirror for make up.

Offer of upgrade to bigger room. Bar staff & meal lovely.

Location was perfect for O2, only 1 tube stop away. Room large with good views. Nice breakfast with good selection. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants around hotel. I would defiantly use again.
