One of the beds was pushed right up against a wall heater so not leaving much room for one of the guests

There was drilling the first morning at 8am! Toilet didn’t flush great, no air conditioning in the room, car parking was terrible and WiFi was just ok. There was no secure WiFi to connect to.

The bed was uncomfortable and could easily hear people in rooms close by to us. The approach to hotel (road) could do with some work also. Shame the sauna was out of action.

Dinner was tasty and good value, bar area was good, the location was good. The breakfast was nice and and pool and leisure facilities were good too.

Great trip from start to finish. My mum and I came up for 1 night to have a little relaxing break and it was just wonderful. The biggest thing that struck me was how clean the entire place is kept. The hotel staff and cleaners were extremely friendly, everyone of them smiling and greeting us as we walked to our room. Room was lovely. Very spacious, lots of storage, great facilities and shampoo, body wash AND conditioner given in the shower - huge plus! The hotel was beautiful and the golf course which we walked around was extremely well kept and worth the stroll. Gym was great, loads of space, loads of equipment and the pool was wonderful too. Unfortunately on our stay, the sauna was out of order but this wasn’t noticed too much as the rest of the leisure facilities were fabulous. We had a silent nights sleep in a huge, comfy bed, the room was nice and warm. Breakfast was delicious, lots of options including a whole section for gluten free was available, very impressive and well thought out. I absolutely LOVED that we could check out of our room at 12 instead of 10 or 11 like most hotels. It really made us feel welcome and relaxed, we didn’t have to rush. Overall a fantastic stay, very pleased with everything and would definitely stay again / recommend to absolutely anyone!! Thanks all.

Nothing it was exceptional.

The staff were amazing, nothing was a problem and everyone was so helpful. The food was exceptional my son is Autistic and anywhere I go food is an ordeal. But the wide range of everything that was available it was the first time he was comfortable to go and get his own. Even that as a mammy was amazing

Bed was too hard, it was like lying on a table. Very uncomfortable. Rooms dated, bathroom needs an upgrade. The wine selection was poor and over priced for what you offer. The wine choice was better at Greene king down the road with better choice and quality.

The bed and pillows were really uncomfortable. For the deluxe king room, its 2beds joined together and the pillows were incredibly thin. The spa area is really just a pool with a small sauna and steam room, which is probably fine on less busy days.

Reception staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was lovely.
