Toilet seat broken, fell off every time you sat on it. Very close to noisy main road (but to be fair we should have seen that when booking!) Couple of dirty items found around the caravan (child’s dirty sock In lounge, dirty tissue or similar in wardrobe) but only there for one night so didn’t matter too much

It was a bit noisy the main road is close by and it was bank holiday weekend and East Coast truckers weekend

The caravan was clean upon arrival. Good that you can gain access from 2pm and 11am check out. The other door wouldn't open and informed the office and someone came out within 20min and it was sorted . The location is near great Yarmouth Not on any bus routes so you do need a car to get about. Though we didn't use it there was an enclosed decent area to play ball games

Booked caravan as I was travelling on my own with 3 teenagers . This was preferable as we each had our own space over 1 room. Caravan was well equipped. Check in was easy.

No oven for two days. They didn't know it wasn't working before we arrived but got it fixed. One set of stairs to the caravan was leaning against the caravan and not bolted on resulting in a fall whilst holding a toddler resulting in bruises on arm and leg. It was fixed by maintenance. Both couches were broken before we arrived. Carpets left children with black feet in both caravans. Awful drainage smell when it rained. Limited things in the caravan to assist with cooking.

Beautiful set up on the table. Clean caravans just needed a good hoover. Beds were comfy. Good size for a family of 4 in each. Picnic bench outside each caravan. 20-30 minutes walk to the beach. Quiet area. Staff were helpful and sorted things when asked. Was offered a free nights stay due to things that went wrong but declined.

A little dismayed to see cleaners didn't fully ensure cleanliness of caravan, found sweet wrappers and nerf gun bullets on floor between bed and the wall of caravan, also in kitchen wooden flooring is peeling slightly in the corner

Having had many caravan holiday, I thought caravan 8 is a bit run down and it was expensive for the price. We couldn't open the living room door as it was hard and on the verge of breaking.

Stacie was brilliant. She was very helpful . The caravan was well equipped too.

Some areas in the caravan looked a little tired and could do with some attention. There wasn’t much in the way of kitchen equipment. Luckily we didn’t intend to do much cooking. Hot water stopped working towards the end of our stay but we didn’t have time to call anyone about it.

Handy location for access to the town centre, was just a short walk. Beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean.

close to the main road so noisy from cars but we were only there a few hours overnight so not a big issue. Caravan was a bit dated but not a problem for us. Not the comfiest of beds but a nice caravan for what we needed and would use again if we were coming again :)

Perfect for our 1 night stay with the children. We only used it as a base for 2 days at the beach so ideal for us. Very small site so no large crowds making noise and centrally located for the beach, town and arcades

I think the cleaners need to dust at the top more than anything and some stains on the fabrics could have been cleaned better, overall though I wouldn't let this stop me from staying.

Nice and cosy! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The lady on site is very attentive and likes to make sure everything is going well. Close to the main pleasure beach and arcades, within walking distance. I found the place to be very quiet at nice, aside from the roads, you could get a decent night's sleep.
