We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomPoor finish in bathroom such as sharp areas around sink, bathroom door handle and lock can see old holes around them and the chipboard within door. Bathroom window broken and doesn't close, bedroom windows draughty. Lamp in sofa area finally came on over an hour after we actually turned it on. Never anyone in reception so left standing for a while. Phone is never answered despite calling 5 times to raise an issue of no water pressure (which did get resolved). External works were underway and we're due to continue late into the evening, but were stopped after we raised concerns as we have a young child and was already 7pm.
Good location, lovely view from sea view room. issue raised was resolved within 30 mins. Comfy beds. Clean.

We asked for a sea view, and the owner was kind enough to move us down from the second floor to the first floor when we asked, and she gave us a room with a magnificent view of Culver Cliff.

United KingdomIt was only a fixed shower head with a very fine water jet, which made the showering more like a struggle. Dirty carpet, dusty surfaces, tasteless and weak coffee, and sticky table at breakfast. Lack of maintenance, like: there was a piece of wood missing from the window ledge, and it needed painting so the wall as well, or half part of the wardrobe was completely missing. This hotel could do much better by paying more attention to details. I am sorry...

The breakfast is a buffet style,help yourselve and the quality of the breakfast wasnt that good. I would rather they served us only what we wanted, reducing waste and spend a little more on the quality of the breakfast,it was abit disappointing, we had breakfast out the following day.
