The welcome when we arrived was brilliant, the staff were so friendly and helpful, we got a mini tour of the hotel and the concierge took our bags to our room. Every member of staff was lovely and couldn’t do enough. The room was spotless. The location of the hotel was perfect, for all transport links and only a short walk from tourist attractions.

A bit noisy and I booked a twin room but was given a king size room which they said would be altered to suit, rang at 5pm and asked for it to be changed while I was out but it wasn’t. They also said they hadn’t been informed I was only staying 1 night instead of 2 but I know booking.com had informed them

I should like to take a coce from lounge to my room. The bed was a little to hard, I like it but my husband had not.

In our time we generally found staff useful however communication was not always clear and having requested tea / supplies for the room, we had already checked out by the time it may have come to the room!

The room was lovely, facilities excellent and the location ideal for an evening in the city. We really appreciated the treats and little touches such as the birthday messages.

The water from the shower flows all over the floor and the water in the hand washing sink doesn't go down.

Very good location, modern and comfortable room, good breakfast and bar. I stayed during winter and the room was always warm which makes a big difference.

The noise level from outside was very loud, even from 6 floors up. Breakfast buffet was very expensive for what we got, and there was major pressure to download the app for Melia hotels to check in (1 received 3-4 emails reminding me to check in), which I do not want on my phone. The hotel carpets in the hallway looked a little run down and stained.

The cooked breakfast buffet needed to be better heated. The breakfast tasted too cold. The lifts seemed to be broken and we were on the seventh floor.

Everything was lovely till the morning. Unfortunately you can hear everyone leaving there rooms and it gives uni feelings when you can hear the room above you showering or plugging in there phone to the sockets. Really it was nice just the soundproofing is bad. I would stay again but speak with reception to get a quite room.

The room was nice and clean. Well decorated and didn't feel small. The down stairs lobby was nice and presentable and the bar was nice.

The room was incredibly hot and the air conditioning didn't make any difference. We could open the windows but being London this made it too noisy to sleep.

Lovely clean room with lots of space (we were upgraded on arrival). Very comfy bed.
