Had to re-make the bed before we got into it; it looked ok till we turned back the duvet. But ours was a late booking so perhaps the room was prepared in haste. The kitchen really needs an oven glove or the like for safety. Provision of table cutlery was a tad frugal; likewise crockery.

Quiet and felt very secure. Smooth check-in and check-out. Bath tub as well as shower. Balcony was an unexpected bonus (though we didn't have time to find a key to the door). Table nicely set for dinner was a welcoming touch. Huge fridge-freezer. Good TV reception.

The double bed was the smallest double you can buy, tiny, so sharing with my aunty wasn't ideal. Would have slept on the sofa if I'd have taken blankets with me.

Clean lovely looking apartment and was impressed with how they dressed it. Great location really close to the gino d'acampo restaurant. Everything you need for a nice stay and in a quieter location.

The double bed is extremely small (I did request larger but request wasn't acknowledged or fulfilled). TV is too high, nowhere in bathroom to hang clothes, shower head too heavy for the bracket and kept tilting downwards, bedroom needs curtains as light penetrates around the blinds, iron leaks, ironing board unstable and no cleaning cloth.

Pillows on bed and cushions on sofa need updating as uncomfortable. Shower in main en-suite poor but separate shower room made up for this. Minor things we lover the apartment otherwise.

The location was great with multi story parking directly next door. Easy walk to city and attractions. Well equipped apartment with great views.

Bed was very springy, small and quite uncomfortable, okay for us as we were there to enjoy the night life and slept like babies both nights regardless, but if you're not planning on having a boozy stay this may be an issue. There wasn't anywhere to plug in hairdryer/straighteners, with a mirror/seat, so getting ready became a little more of a task. Tea and coffee facilities all there, but no milk or coffee mate, so you'd need to go to the shop for some milk before you get to the apartment if you fancy a cuppa. Would have been nice to have some refreshment options in the fridge for our arrival, even if we had to pay extra, but there is a shop just round the corner. These were all very small negatives that didn't have a huge impact on our trip!

Pretty much everything! Balcony with a water view, large apartment, felt huge for just the 2 of us. We felt safe, secure and comfortable. Communication back and fourth was very quick and friendly, we were able to check in early too. No reception staff, but that's a bonus for us as we just wanted to get to our room and relax. Plenty of kitchen utensils, WiFi, heating, iron and ironing board, TV (with netflix, you just have to sign into your own account), large floor to ceiling windows to let all the natural light in and to see a view of the water. Very reasonably priced for the space we got. With a few minor tweeks this review would have easily been a 10!! We would definitely recommend and would 100% stay here again!

Wasn't impressed with the stairs leading to the controlled entry being locked and had to double back on myself and the entry passed the crown plaza was a little unsettling. The fridge/freezer also didn't work

I don't think the fan in the toilet was working and even though it was winter and cold outside the rooms always felt very warm but we just opened the window now and then.

Loved the location and the easy check in. It was handy having facilities although we didn't use them. Having an apartment gave us lots of space that was great!

The building security was terrible - the main building entry door was broken and propped open. When we went to depart there was someone sleeping in one of the utility rooms.

Amazing location - good parking building next door and walking distance to all the touristy hot spots. Apartment had everything we needed. The view was more of the port area and city than the river but it was still interesting!

Large, comfortable 2 bedroom apartment, centrally located with fantastic views of the River Mersey. Excellent wifi and heating. Apartment was very clean and fully eqquiped. Perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 children.
