Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

SpainThe double bed is extremely small (I did request larger but request wasn't acknowledged or fulfilled). TV is too high, nowhere in bathroom to hang clothes, shower head too heavy for the bracket and kept tilting downwards, bedroom needs curtains as light penetrates around the blinds, iron leaks, ironing board unstable and no cleaning cloth.
Lovely bright, spacious apartment.

United KingdomBed was very springy, small and quite uncomfortable, okay for us as we were there to enjoy the night life and slept like babies both nights regardless, but if you're not planning on having a boozy stay this may be an issue. There wasn't anywhere to plug in hairdryer/straighteners, with a mirror/seat, so getting ready became a little more of a task. Tea and coffee facilities all there, but no milk or coffee mate, so you'd need to go to the shop for some milk before you get to the apartment if you fancy a cuppa. Would have been nice to have some refreshment options in the fridge for our arrival, even if we had to pay extra, but there is a shop just round the corner. These were all very small negatives that didn't have a huge impact on our trip!
Pretty much everything! Balcony with a water view, large apartment, felt huge for just the 2 of us. We felt safe, secure and comfortable. Communication back and fourth was very quick and friendly, we were able to check in early too. No reception staff, but that's a bonus for us as we just wanted to get to our room and relax. Plenty of kitchen utensils, WiFi, heating, iron and ironing board, TV (with netflix, you just have to sign into your own account), large floor to ceiling windows to let all the natural light in and to see a view of the water. Very reasonably priced for the space we got. With a few minor tweeks this review would have easily been a 10!! We would definitely recommend and would 100% stay here again!

Loved the location and the easy check in. It was handy having facilities although we didn't use them. Having an apartment gave us lots of space that was great!

Amazing location - good parking building next door and walking distance to all the touristy hot spots. Apartment had everything we needed. The view was more of the port area and city than the river but it was still interesting!
