For those traveling, having Wi-Fi is essential. A pity that the hotel's Wi-Fi only works outside the rooms in public areas and we were a couple, there was only one towel in the room.

I lost keys within the hotel/hostel but not sure why they charged me £10 when I never went out after collecting the keys and before handing over the keys and £1 which my kid lost when he tried to get the his toy from the machine that was kept in the reception and it took £1 but gave nothing.

Showers were good and good valve for money for what it was, just a bed for the night.

Carpets where not that clean looked very tired and seamed to beca Refugee camp for the homeless.

Noisemakers on one night until 2-30am I was told that this hadn’t happened for a long time I reported to staff at 11-30am to be told they were dealing with it! Fire alarm went off at 1am apparently the group set it off with fire crackers!

It was basic (hence the price). The shared facilities could be a lot cleaner. The rubbish left outside of the building needed cleaning up. The beds were very firm which suited me but not my child.

I liked the kitchen facilities as its easier to make your own breakfast at the time it suits you. We got what we paid for. The rooms were perfectly clean. It was a bit like a hostel.

No en suite, having to share toilets and showers with numerous male guests. Toilets and showers are really grim, worse than aeroplane and train toilets. 🤢🤮

Felt very cheap. All hotel stunk of cigarettes even though it's forbidden to smoke in the hotel. 3 toilets and 3 showers per zone - out of them 2 toilets out of order and the 3rd didn't have paper so had to go to a different zone. Communal kitchen.

Good as a very cheap option for 1 night, but definitely not for longer periods.

Bathroom was very small so difficult to shower. The toilet kept making a gurgling noise every 30mins or so all night! The sink also didn’t drain properly.

Bottom of mattresses were very dirty, indicating that they were not really cleaned. I found items like small pots of ketchup under a mattress, all soiled. Highly unacceptable in this day and age Fire alarms for the two nights out of three booked we managed to stay in this hotel, from residents smoking; very noisy through
