There was a great fruit selection at breakfast but would be great if they had pancakes to cook ourselves rather than as an extra for £6. Thinner bacon as it was very thick and didn't taste nice. Would be great to provide choc spread for toast as there was only honey and jam

Bed was very comfortable and room very clean. Upgraded to the premium king for an extra £15...got a bathtub and larger bed..worth paying. Breakfast very good, dinner average, menu was. OK but could be improved with wider selection or specials.

The location was great with lots of parking spaces available free for the guests. The family room was big and very clean. Breakfast was also great, and the staff was very friendly.

I wish there were sockets near the beds to charge my phone.

Parking was free and there were plenty of spots. We were greeted with a big smile and were given complimentary chocolates and colouring pages and crayons for the children. There were lifts and stairs and the rooms were clearly marked. The room decor was appealing and the room itself was very clean, it looked like the pictures. There was complimentary tea, coffee and filtered water. There was a fridge, a kettle, a hair dryer, hangers, glasses, decent lighting and a good set of furniture. The beds, including the sofa bed, were made up for our arrival; they were all comfortable. The TV had the standard channels. There is an air conditioning system that could be set to cool, heat or regulate to a set temperature. The operator, contacted from the room phone, was very polite and efficient when we needed a taxi early on a Saturday morning.

£18 for the breakfast seems very overpriced to me compared to other hotels I have stayed at, so we gave it a miss. If they serve caviar and lobster, ignore me; then it's good value.

No complaints with the staff, quality of the room, and value of the room. If I remember correctly, the tea and coffee stuff was higher quality than I'm used to in hotels. Also, there are proper bottles of shampoo and conditioner, not those tiny things that barely do a single shower. Parking was free for guests.
