We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

GreeceThe size of the bathroom could be bigger and with more amenities. The quality and variety of the breakfast buffet could be improved.
The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the location was excellent, just 2 min walk from the Metro (with 3 lines). The neighboorhood is safe, walking distance to V&A museum as well as to the Museum of Natural History. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed.

The room was really comfortable. The staff at the concierge and the cloak rooms were fantastic and fast, Breakfast was great and the staff was very polite. Great short stay. Definitely recommending!

United KingdomFridge wasn’t particularly cold. I bought milk for the baby which didn’t feel cold in there. There were 2 lights out if order and one just servicing pent house so we couldn’t get in a lift at floor 1 with the buggy and already full.
The room was lovely and large for a family with a bath for the children which was great.

United KingdomBreakfast was okay but not a massive fan of a buffet style hot breakfast as by the time you come to eat it, the eggs and beans never look too hot. Would have preferred just to order a cooked breakfast to the table. The kettle didn't quite reach the plug so was awkward to use. Milk wasn't replenished the next day for tea and coffees but the reception were happy to supply some more milk when asked.
Quite a good variety of options at breakfast and the pastries were a good addition. The room was clean. The location was great, just round the corner from the tube station.

GermanyThere was a red chair in the room which had an unpleasant smell but am sure this can be taken care of with some fabric freshener spray. A walk in shower would have been more comfortable but it was totally fine for a couple of days.
The location of the hotel is perfect - just around the corner from Gloucester Road station. I requested a quiet room which was fulfilled - for London hotel rooms the size of the room was HUGE:-) The bed was very comfortable. Due to a plumbing issue there was no water on the first morning of my stay but I received a complimentary breakfast voucher so had the chance to experience breakfast which was very good - lots of variety! Kudos to the staff for keeping everything running smoothly -there were a lot of people there and it was very busy! I will be adding this hotel as a favorite to check for availability etc for my next trip to London for sure!

United KingdomThe concierge team were extremely rude and unhelpful. Upon departure, I approached the concierge team / desk to ask them a question. One took their glasses off an ignored me all together, and the other said they didn’t know - end of conversation! I thought the concierge were the team that can do anything, and are tipped upon receipt of service - not the case here! Pretty disappointing after a rather positive and pleasant stay.
The staff in the restaurant were fantastic, a great team who were super polite and efficient. Hotel was clean, great location and was perfect for our trip.
