Unclean. No towels. Dead insects on the carpet floor. Would only stay again in an emergency and not for more than £20/£25 per night.

The toilet was hot. The water beneath was boiling and the steam would rise to the backside of whomever was sitting on the toilet. The lock to the room did not actually secure the door shut, and therefore anyone could get in when the room was unattended. And general cleanliness of broken walls and dirty carpets etc could be improved. We were also never given the wifi details so could not access.

Staff were excellent! And bedding situation was perfect

There were no usable plugs in the room without rearranging the room and an extensive search of the room, someone was sick in the bathroom the night we got back and it was still there at 10:00am upon leaving! General cleanliness was not good in the bathroom nor bedroom. Lots of noise all night.

rooms were spacious, and the double beds were big and the man who greeted us seemed great (just don't lose your key lol heard a lot of commotion about one of the other stayers that night that lost their key)

Lack of communication regarding check in process I phoned taxed and sent messages on booking but got no reply .luckily there was someone hanging about the property who helped me

Room was clean a spacious .bit of bodging up here and there around hallway and stairs . The house is a 3 story house I think it is a h.m.o and people were living in it and some rooms are let on booking ..com so would not suit everyone but was fine for me and cheap and parking wasn't a problem

My room could have done with a mirror, bin and rails to hang clothes. Can’t speak for other rooms. Door lock not secure, screws fell out. (Be careful with your valuables then). Could do with information in the foyer about transport, attractions, local shops etc, did feel like you were staying in a private house’s spare room, but not unfriendly (see benefits).

Cheap, good location (plan your route across the green to the railway bridge and the 192 bus is 15 minutes to Piccadilly and regular); rooms are warm, big, reasonably clean. I slept very well, but you might need to tell other rooms to be quiet. An interesting area culturally, not rough as you might read, nothing worried me, but I didn’t stay out that late. Felt a safe, proud neighbourhood with vintage red brick late Victorian property.

Someone smoked in the bathroom, so it smelled a bit. There was just one bathroom for a few rooms.

My room was spacious and the heating was on all the time, so it was warm. Overall I didn't expect much, just basic accommodation, and it met my expectations.

When we arrived,it was no water in bathroom,any in shower or sink.One shower for at least 6 rooms! Dirty toilet ,full bin of toilet paper 😟I preferred to use wet wipes.Somebody was smoking in room, smelled not nice.No towels at all
