I honestly can’t think of anything to fault. Everything was very clean. All appliances worked.

Mark & Sabine were extremely welcoming & helpful with recommendations for sightseeing & restaurants in the area. Our bedroom, bathroom & other facilities were excellent. The breakfast was delicious.

A wonderful B&B where Mark & Sabine are friendly and accommodating. The location is great for both New Forest activities and easy access to many beautiful beaches and coastal walks. The rooms are roomy with very comfortable super king beds and the ensuite bathrooms are luxurious with everything you could need for a enjoyable stay. The breakfast is out of this world with fresh fruit, freshly baked goods and hot breakfast options - what a fantastic couple of days. We would return without hesitation - thank you Mark & Sabine!!

Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of dishes to choose from. Coffee/tea orange juice plus fresh fruit and croissants. Very comfortable room with everything you need. Mark and Sabine excellent hosts. Close to new forest and other areas of interest.

We spent two nights in this beautifully decorated and well equipped B&B. The bathroom is amazing (we stayed in Room 2) and every detail has been thought of to make it a very pleasant, relaxing stay. There's a great choice of cooked breakfasts as well as fresh fruit juice, fruit, croissants, tea and coffee. Mark and Sabine are excellent hosts and we highly recommend their B&B. Thank you, hopefully we'll be back some day!

Nothing, we loved everything about it!

Everything! Mark and Sabine are warm and welcoming hosts who put so much thought into everything. The room we stayed in was exceptional, felt very luxurious and the bathroom was also gorgeous. Our breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had, such lovely attention to detail and amazing food. We will definitely be making a return visit to this B&B and will be encouraging family and friends to as well!

Absolutely outstanding. Mark and Sabine are exemplary hosts and their service went well above and beyond our expectations. The room and bathroom were huge and exquisitely decorated. The bed was big and comfortable. The breakfasts are legendary. We have never known anything like it. I don't want to say too much as it will spoil the surprise but everything is top-notch perfection. The sign on the door says "Boutique Bed and Breakfast" and it sure does stand up to that description in every way. We really hope we can visit again.

Stairs were a bit steep for us old folks but Mark was helpful by carrying our case upstairs.

Mark & Sabine were excellent and very attentive hosts. The breakfasts were absolutely outstanding, fresh fruit and plenty of choices for a cooked breakfast with high quality local ingredients. Lots of personal touches that made our short stay most enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable with high quality furnishing and fittings.

The hosts were amazing so helpful and knowledgeable of the local area. The room was large , bed very comfortable and the bathroom was superb with a lovely shower. Breakfast was first class! Exceptional very tastefully decorated Emaculate every where.Marc and Sabine took a genuine interest in their guests and catered for their every need.Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice.Ensuite was outstanding like a first class hotel Thoroughly recommend will definitely be back.

Absolutely nothing

We had an amazing 2 nights at Moortown Lodge, Sabine and Mark are by far the nicest and friendliest hosts we have ever met. Nothing is too much trouble and we felt very spoilt. You can see the love that has gone into their beautiful property with the exceptionally high standard of decor and furnishings. And the breakfast is 10 out 10, Sabine is an amazing chef! We will, without a doubt, be returning 🙂

Hotel is on a main road which bothered my partner, however there is parking. I hardly noticed the traffic once your in the room so don't let that put you off staying!

Hotel beautiful, beds really comfortable had a good sleep. Staff attentive especially as we had a late check-in. Breakfast amazing Highly recommended would definitely come back.
