staff friendly, lovely lobby/downstairs area. Room was clean, tidy cosy. Decor is vibrant and feel good compared to the standard boring simple decor in most hotels. Good location with parking.

used razor in the shower, disappointing. staff when checking in could be more welcoming, had my driving licence in hand and still asked the wrong name.

Breakfast wasn’t great, cold beans & egg both days, breakfast area is small so understandable that there not much room but we had to wait for most things to be replenished a lot.

group of 4 friends had 2 night stay, room very clean, fresh towels each day & room made up very nicely. complimentary cocktail each at the bar which was very nice. easy check in and out.

I was a bit cold and the ac didn’t have a heat setting plus the led lights don’t turn off unless I didn’t know how to use these things

Service was poor, waited over an hour for food, only one person working in kitchen and one serving behind bar despite the hotel being at full capacity

Room was extremely dusty and the carpet had not been hoovered. Didn’t feel very clean especially when I was hoping to utilise the hangers but noticed the dust layered on them. I would hope before checking someone into the hotel that an inspection happens to ensure the rooms cleanliness.

The hot breakfast items were very low quailty and left under hot lamps for far too long. Also the air con of the room/how the moxy sets up its aircon is usless. Either its on hot, or cold. You cant change it. When the room heats up, the only option is to open the window. Which doesnt help when its hot outside

felt the staff were quite rude at times. they seemed to only be interested in talking to/serving friends and regulars. my friend and i felt like we weren’t treated very well.

The staff aren't very well organized/ don't really seem like they know what they are doing. I went to the bar as in the room we only got 2 sugar which wouldn't make a tea and I asked for some more milk as there was only 4 sachets enough for 2 tea and the man behind the bar gave me a cup of milk which is ridiculous because I couldn't keep that in the room till the morning as no fridge and went bad, don't understand why they couldn't give me the sachets that were up in my room and I have to say that man that served me, he had no idea what he was doing! Later on I brought two drinks at the bar from him and he took about 15 minutes to do my drinks and ages to do the charge it was ridiculous to be honest. I don't think for what you get it's good value for money- the rooms are small, the pillows were so weird you could sleep with two they would really hurt your neck, you couldn't have a long shower as it would overflow because it took so long to drain so had to keep turning the shower off for it to drain then turn it back on was very frustrating if the drain was a problem it would be a nice shower, you don't get breakfast included when I paid £109 for basic a small room, an ok stay and the worse complimentary cocktail I've ever had it was literally a big jug already made up and he just put ice with it not being funny but that's not a cocktail it tasted like juice, it would of been nice to have breakfast included as my stay certainly wasn't worth £109

The facilities were good, pool table, foosball table, lovely places to sit and the decor was lovely, nice selection of food and drinks from the fridges.
