The only issues we had during our stay was the wifi as it wasn’t that great and the shower it is too small to move around in and kept banging our arms off the wall but we still managed to wash ourselves which is the main thing.

The apartment looked exactly as shown in photos. The bed was cosy and the kitchen facilities were great (plates and bowls are provided). We were also kindly given a fan which was amazing during the hot weekend. Chinny was also very nice and gave fast responses if I had any questions.

First Gate to street didn’t close. Second gate to apartment broken. Shower door seals very loose and kept coming off when doors moved so water went onto the floor. Someone had obviously been cooking fish in the oven which was quite dirty and the smell filled the whole room.

It was easy to find this apartment, when we arrived. It was well equipped with everything that one might need. The walk to the city center takes only about 20 minutes, which we found convenient. As non-smokers, we thought we smelled cigarettes smoke in the bedroom upon arrival. This was the only negative side of our stay.

Fantastic location. Great value for money. Bed very comfortable. There is a lot of noise outside, but this is out of your control. Windows in the bedroom couldn't be opened. Bathroom facilities are great. However, no ventilation in the bathroom resulted in a chronic smell. Other than all was very pleasant. And would stay again.

The location was ideal for my needs, place was modern and very clean . The rooms were very spacious with nice kitchen and bathroom. Had everything I needed. There was some traffic noise but it is in the middle of Cardiff so not unexpected.

Only suggestion would be to sort out the little finishing things around the apartment that would make it better. For example, the hooks/nails in the walls that weren’t needed, the old light fittings/ smoke alarms with wiring exposed on the ceiling in the bedroom, the odd handle that could be replaced in the bathroom etc. The plug sockets in the bedroom that needed securing. However these are just minor things to bring the finish up to a great standard. Overall the apartment was very good.

The apartment was in a great location for what we needed and had everything that was needed for a comfortable stay. A ideal place to stay for a couple for a weekend away. Just a little bit of TLC needed in places to bring the apartment up to a great standard. Overall it was a pleasant stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly, giving clear instructions on how to complete an easy self check in and out. The communications receive from them were great.

I arrived quite late, and thankfully, it was self check-in, and the host was nice. The apartment is in a good neighborhood and is close to the bus stop. It's nicely furnished and clean. The kitchen has everything we need for homemade food. Connecting to the center was just walking distance, and parking was free on the street

It's only possible to ventilate the apartment by opening the front (terrace) door as there are no windows to open. There were a lot of air fresheners around the entrance and in the lounge area which I personally found overpowering. The sofa can be used as a bed as long as you are under 5ft 2" and are not looking for any actual comfort. The double bed is 160cm wide so there was no way we could avoid using the sofa as a family of three. We were informed that there is parking directly outside the building, you can park there for a maximum of one hour between 8am and 5pm. The other side of the road is residents parking and you need a permit. We had to park our car a few streets away.

The apartment itself is a pleasant surprise in a building and part of Cardiff that doesn't fill you with a lot of hope. The surrounding streets are messy, the bus stop on North Road was full of rubbish including hygiene items. Once you step inside the apartment, you can forget about that. The bedroom is spacious and the kitchen/living area has everything you need for a short stay in the city, including a washing machine/tumble dryer which was very handy. There is a bus stop right outside which will take you into town, there is a supermarket a few minutes away.

The outside and entrance could look better, When I opened the bin in the kitchen, quite a few fruit flys flew out, even though the bin was empty and had a new bin liner in.

Ideal for 1 couple plus 1 friend to stay, had everything you would need, nice to have cleaning stuff there for your use, only thing we couldn't work out was how to get the coffee machine to work, so instructions would have been handy and I'm sure if we d asked it would have been rectified but as there was instant coffee available we were fine

Difficult to find. First impressions were not great and after figuring where the apartment was which was through a side gate when we opened the door the overwhelming stench of cigarette smoke ( despite signs being displayed saying no smoking ! ) was pungent . Once we figured out how to open the sash windows in the bedroom ( which were dirty, dusty and covered in cobwebs ) we were able to get some fresh air into the apartment which also helped with the stifling stuffy heat. Plugs not secured on the bedroom. The one bedroom light continually flickered despite being switched off at the wall. We Informed the owner of this property about the above issues whilst we were there.

Convenient location close to city centre as we were attending an event at the castle. The owner was accommodating and let us check out at 11am instead of 10am which we appreciated.

💯💯💯❤️❤️❤️ Lovely clean apartment. Fully equipped, and the host was very kind and patient when we called for information. We found parking right by the apartment's entrance at no cost. About 11 minutes walk to the city center. We noticed that the bus stop is just by the other side of the same building. We were also able to get food items just a few blocks from the apartment.

Parking space on the street is for permit Holders only. So false Walking in through a garden fence/gate full of graffiti Has a really strong damp musky smell as you walk in. And it wasn't clean or dusted ( dust n dirt all around the bed, floor, radiators, door handles seating areas )
