We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe only thing that wasn't perfect was the air conditioning. It wasn't overly warm in Glasgow highs of around 18 -20 degrees. The air conditioning couldn't be set below 18, which should have been fine, but the vent is high on the wall and seemed to have very little air flow. So we had to open the window to keep some fresh air coming in. It was noisy, but we slept with ear plugs and were fine. If it was 25 degrees in Glasgow, I don't know how that room would have been. Oh, one other thing: it would be super helpful when one is looking at your hotel, if you would CLEARLY POST THE BED SIZES before a reservation is made.
Pretty much everything was great. Clean comfortable and well-appointed. The small container of milk for our coffee was a nice touch.

United StatesThere was some noise in the late night and early morning from the bar / restaurant across the alley. Not too bad and the hotel has done everything they can by installing soundproofing city windows. Would probably be less noise on upper floors.
Great location! Right in the center of the historic area and 3 minute walk from the Queen Street train station. Our apartment was big, clean and comfortable. The staff were super welcoming and friendly.

United StatesCould sometimes hear the clash of bottles from Counting House Weatherspoons across the alley. Am sure we could have called someone to fix a window that was left open behind huge sliding glass windows it but our schedule was tight and did not interfere with sleep too much. Could also hear occasional door slamming from the neighbouring apartment as doors are very heavy. You still need to take some stairs before reaching the elevator so best if luggage is not too heavy.
Location terrific - steps away from bus and train transportation, shopping and good restaurants.. Very comfortable bed and sofa. Very tasteful decorated and stylish apartment. Felt very safe. Would definitely recommend to anyone spending more than a night or two in Glasgow.

Native Glasgow is a fabulous property. The apartments are spacious and have attractive decor and are in a well renovated historical building. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room amenities are good. The location near George Square is excellent and minutes from Queen Street Station and Buchanan Street Subway. There are 16 steps from street to the lift to access 1st floor Reception and apartments above which may be an issue for some.

United Kingdom- Far too many emails and texts from the parent company. - The curtains behind the television are short, but the net curtain is long!
The accommodation is very stylish with a considerable amount of thought put into the details - such as the door handles. We were at the back so it was very quiet, in spite of being located in the centre of the city and next to a train station. All communication with reception was very friendly and helpful - clearly the staff care about their jobs and the accommodation and a small maintenance issue was dealt with immediately. It was very convenient to have a reception and somewhere to leave luggage - definitely a bonus. The bathroom was large and well-appointed and the shower was fabulous. We slept really well and there was lots of storage in the bedroom.
