We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Inexpensive, good location. Comfortable bed. Plenty of parking space, including at the rear of the property. Friendly staff, allowed me to park for the day even after checking out in the morning.

United KingdomThe toilet seat was broken and a mission to sit down on. The shower leaked. The door didn’t feel particularly secure. There’s a lot of noise outside the window which was distracting when trying to get to sleep. The plug on the iron was parcel tape!!!! These are little things, well except the iron plug- that’s an accident waiting to happen, but I feel with a little more investment in repairs and facilities this would really have improved my experience and rating. It would be nice to see these improvements as the room would then meet the standards of the wonderful staff there.
Well located and plenty of local amenities nearby. The staff were wonderful, really helpful and polite, a credit to their employer, probably the highlight of the stay for me- particularly the receptionist when I arrived and the breakfast fella.

United KingdomMy door wouldn't open and close properly, it had to be slammed. Shower had black mold in it. The shower head fell off the holder, so I had to hold it throughout my shower as the shower head holder was broke Toilet doesn't flush properly. The toilet is very close to the shower. So I had to sit sideways on the toilet as my legs would not fit between the toilet and shower. I am 5 foot 7 and weight 11 stone. So it's not like I am 6 foot 5 and 18 stone. The electrics in the room were broken.. only one socket worked. That had 3 extensions attached to it to get electric around my room. The furniture was all old, faded and looks dirty. Total cost of 300 for night was way over priced (2 rooms). I have had better hotels for £75 a night.
The bed was comfy and staff are great.

United KingdomRoom wasnt ready so had to wait even though it was 1pm when we arrived. Wanted a shower to freshen up when we arrived. No shampoo or conditioner etc provided. Shower top was broken. Couldn’t change channel on tv as battery flat in controller. Woke up to loads of ants crawling over side table. Attracted to the Lemonade cup. I had used the night before. Marks on the wall and generally dirty. Breakfast was minimal. No pastries or fresh coffee.

NorwayNo aircon. No fridge. Only one window opened half way the others were stuck. Would not want to be caught in there during a fire. One of the beds were broken. The bathroom was cleanish, but poorly. Hardly any pressure in the shower, water was coming back up the drain. No lift, heavy to transport suitcases up to the room. Breakfast was underwhelming.

United KingdomOur bathrooms smelt and were very old and broken. Carpets badly fitted, no brown toast or place to get a drink, don't you have a licence for alcohol? Staff were vague and limited help.
The place needs a bit of tlc. We had a mouse in our room. You need to cater for more options at breakfast, was quite limited. Rooms were very basic but clean and fresh. It's such a shame as it could be a great place if money was spent on it.

The toilet wasn’t flashing properly and had to press it at least 4 times for the money to clean my dodo properly. Sleeping at night was terrifying too cause it sounded like someone constantly kept knocking at our room. Couldn’t sleep cause of the constant fear. Bed was comfy tho and they only serve breakfast from 7-9am which isnt good enough
