Water temperature was dangerously hot. Boiler temp needs adjustment. Sofa is inadequately small and uncomfortable. Bed linen smelled of too much washing detergent. Venetian blinds in poor condition.No indication when booking that this was a first floor accomodation.

Comfortable bed and acceptable bathroom and kitchen. TV and WiFi good. Low price compared to others in central location.but on the basic category. Very convenient walking distance to town centre. Resident parking worked well.

The only real complaints was that the couch was really uncomfortable. Our backs were hurting after sitting for a while. Plus the floor is starting to bubble. Also the door shock like someone was trying to get in, whenever someone opened the main door.

The flat was in a great location. Close to shops. The place was very clean and had what we needed. The host was friendly and quick to reply to any questions, plus parking was simple.

Ideal quiet location, short walk into town centre. Parking easy outside property with available parking permit. Kitchen well fitted with electrical appliances. Clean throughout.

The sofa is not comfortable but adequate for a few days. I was too hot in bed on this occasion but we could have opened the window except for my arachnophobia.

We have stayed here several times so we know what we are getting. It is good enough for a few days and we can cater for ourselves and not have to worry about finding restaurants. It is well equipped for what we want. It is very clean, good bathroom, big towels and good telly. I will use it again when visiting family.

Towel rail in bathroom was really hot!

The mix-up with sending me the access codes for entry and the lockbox for the key. I didn’t get them via email the day before arrival and had to call the helpline. I didn’t get access for 2 hours after my arrival after emergency texts received. On the last night of my stay, I received an email with copies of messages sent via the booking.com APP. This App was not available on my arrival as I had no internet access.

As mentioned we have stayed here before, now the only negative point is that some of the glasses, plate and kitchen utensils provided have seen better times. This is probably due to breakages and use.

Having stayed in some of the other flats in this building we knew what tot expect. Good central location with easy walking to all facilities needed.
