Breakfast was exceptional, can honestly say it was the best I'd ever had. Everything was delicious, menu told us where everything was sourced. Fiona and Peter were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and will visit again.

Nothing we didn't like maybe could of had a full length mirror but by no means a disaster.

Found this place by accident thought it was on there side of town but so glad we did. Lovely friendly couple and nice big quiet room with comfiest bed. Breakfast was fantastic all fresh local and homemade 😋

Right from the start we were made to feel very welcome at No 9 .Fiona was very informative on places to visit and establishments to eat etc . As we were travelling by rail even offered us a lift out to Scone Palace which was above and beyond our expectations . She with her husband Peter prepared an exceptional cooked breakfast which set us up for the day ahead. We would highly recommend to friends, family or anyone looking for a friendly establishment to rest their weary bones after a busy day or week's travelling No 9 the Guest House , Perth.

The location was great. An easy 10 minute walk into the city centre. Our just Fiona was lovely and very welcoming. Delicious home cooked breakfast too.

A little quirkiness in the use of the kettle (in a cupboard) but more than adequate provision. Our stay was not long enough here, if we are ever in the area again, we will definitely make for this accommodation.

The room was very comfortable, as was the bed and the facilities adequate. However, the real stars of the show are the owners of the property, Fiona and Peter who have put their heart and soul into this accommodation, to make it homely and comfortable. They are very engaging and good to speak with. The breakfast is top notch, all ingredients, fresh and locally sourced. Peter is a professional chef so knows a thing or two about these things. Sheer delight.

The couple were very welcoming and suported us throughout our stay offering excellent advice on what to see and do going above and beyond to ensure we got the most from our visit. Our room was immaculate and spacious.The food was delicious and locally sourced.
