The apartment was excellent, close to the beach, and all amenities it had been cleaned to a very high standard and felt like a top end place to stay, we look forwards to rebooking for next year.

i received an email welcoming me along with a code for the key box. When I arrived I could not get into the box. I had to ring the emergency number and they gave me a different code.

There was nothing not to like. Everything was lovely.

The apartment was very modern, well decorated and with everything you could need including washing machine and dish washer. It was also very clean and the rooms were very generous in size. The parking was secure and the apartment is in a good location close to shops and cafes and a short walk to the beach. The bedding and towels felt like a little bit of luxury. Towels were very thick, soft and fluffy. As we took our dogs, there was even a dog bed, bowls, treats and a towels for the dogs. Everything was perfect, we have already talked about coming back next year.

The noise from the street in the front bedroom, shouting cars racing up and down thankfully my mother in law and father in law both in their eighty’s stayed in the back bedroom which was much quieter

Being woken at 7AM by text message to remind us about putting rubbish out, leaving towels in the bath, stripping beds etc. 7 AM was far too early after all we are on holiday. We had already been told of house keeping rules on previous emails.

The only negative was that it seemed odd that we had to take out the bins at checkout rather than the cleaner, and the messages about checking out and doing all the washing up, stripping beds and putting linen in the right place or you’d lose your cleaning deposit, were maybe just a little heavily stressed. Perhaps due to bad experiences/guests in the past? In any event it obviously works to keep everything in tip-top order for the next guests.

The apartment was lovely. Nicely decorated, light, comfy and airy. The kitchen was very well equipped - more so than we often find as we like to cook. They had added toiletries in the bathrooms and the place was very clean. Everything worked perfectly (except one tiny light in the kitchen and that’s really being picky!) communication was very good. A very efficient business!

People being nosey and looking in the window - felt had to keep blinds closed but there's not much you can do about that!

Stayed several times now, it's our go-to property when we visit Filey. It just has everything we need for a short stay at a reasonable price.

Very comfortable apartment. Everything provided to make it a lovely holiday. The location is perfect we didn’t need to use the car while there. The bed was extremely comfortable. We met the cleaners who do a fantastic job making the apartment look like new. This is our 2nd visit and we will be booking again without a doubt.

Bin in the kitchen was too small, it would have been good to have recycling bins.

Excellent all- round. Good space in good location. Apartment had everything you need for a stay. Kitchen was very well equipped. Barrier parking was a bonus meaning that you knew you would always have a space - not necessary off-peak but will be vital in the Summer.

All is fine .

We have stayed here for one month in two years running. It is nice and clean and modern. Also spacious and quiet. We'll located for the local shops, church and cafes. The sea is at the end of the road. Private allocated parking is very helpful.
