I stayed in studio 1, which is the top floor corner room. The room is ok for 1 person but will be cramped for 2. The only thing i didnt like was that the shower area was too small and the water pressure was poor.

The location is great. There were direct buses to the city centre and to bicester. Getting groceries and food at summertown shops was convenient (walking distance). The room and its amenities was highly thought of. Having a kitchenette, oven, microwave, electric kettle, washing machine, and drying rack was brilliant and im so thankful for them as It made my stay extra comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. Easy to contact and very responsive on whatsapp. They allowed me to leave my luggage at the lobby when i arrived early. Was pleased that they carried and stored my luggage in my allocated room when i return 2hrs later. Thank you, i appreciate it!

The studio room’s door leads directly to the street and lacks a security entrance, which may concern single women staying by themselves at night.

1. The hotel is in a good location, making it handy for guests to reach a few nearby places. 2. Facilities are well-maintained and clean, although they appear somewhat outdated.

You have to ask for instructions to enter the property and it's not easy to get hold of owners. Instructions Should be sent automatically.

Bathroom was very small but functional and fine for a short stay. Slight musty smell due to being in basement but we could open the windows.

Clean room and communal area/hallway. Small but well equipped kitchen area in the apartment. Parking available in side road. Bus stop into Oxford close to the property. North Oxford is an upmarket area of Oxford and despite being on a main road we could not hear much traffic noise. Easy access to M40. Wifi worked well. Towels and toiletries provided.

The bathroom is tiny! Good size shower, but the door came off its rails. We would have liked more information (& a bit earlier) about how to check in and where to park. We also needed more info about the heating (how to turn it on / give it a boost).

Convenient location, free parking, big bed, kitchen facilities (small but useful, includes a washing machine), lots of space for bags, convenient multiplugs by the bed. (There's little cupboard space, but we were only there for one night).

It smelled moldy. The cabinet smelled foul. The drain in the sink and shower didn't drain very well.

It was a good price with a place to park a car. It was the only reason we stayed here.

The hot water system for the showers was rather unpleasant. Half the times the water was either too cold or too hot.

Convenient for a long stay. Good location in Summertown.

The place was very cold; the guest has no control over the heating. For the last day the heating didn't come on at all. I complained about the heating and the host promptly responded by getting me a plug in heater, and then a second one. The electric shower is dangerous, it sporadically changes from cold to very hot, to a trickle to just about acceptable. The room isn't as nice as it looks in the photos, its not nearly as bright and cheery. The coverlet over the bed has a smell that suggests it hasn't been washed for a good while.

The basement apartment has moss/mould smell, it’s common for basement apartment but if you’re allergic or sensitive, book the ground/higher level ones

On-site parking which is a plus for Oxford. The bed was comfy and have a kitchen can cook. 30 minutes walk to centre - bus stop near by & supermarkets 5 minutes away.

Only complaint was the shower, we had an issue with it on the first day but they fixed it right away. The water pressure on the shower was pretty poor and it was really hard to keep a consistent water temperature.

Easy check in and loads of space. Great location easy to walk or get the bus and felt really safe. I spent a lot of the trip working from the apartment and the wifi was good enough to handle video calls and screen sharing.

We encountered some difficulties when we found out that in order to obtain the room keys after 7 pm, we had to go to a different office located at a separate address. This wasn't very convenient. Fortunately, we managed to get in touch with the hotel management, and they sent us the code to a box containing the keys. It's unclear why they didn't just send the code in a message initially.

I liked the location - it's a quiet place. The size of the room was just right, and the bed was very comfortable. The room had all the necessary amenities.

The quality of fitting and decor was poor with incomplete and dusty blinds and a poor finish to the kitchen units and bathroom. The bathroom tap was missing a part. The kitchen equipment was old, random and dilapidated, with only a single fork with bent tines.

The location was excellent and check-in went smoothly. The apartment had just about everything required. The bed was clean and comfortable and the shower was good.

30 minute straight road walk from Oxford city centre but you can take a bus from outside the property.

Bright spacious room with all the necessary amenities, nice strong bed, washing machine, fridge, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle and TV and Free car parking on site.
